18Worst chickfila in the area. Longest wait for food and the employees are at the takeout window doing tiktoks while we are waiting for our food to be out. Been here for forever now.
I love visiting! I eat more than 4 times a week.between lunch and Dinner. I love the staff and their service
I love Chick-fil-A and very frequently eat Chick-fil-A. This is by far the worst location in the area. Almost every order I’ve ordered here it’s been wrong. There is either a topping on a sandwich is missing that was paid extra for. There were unwanted items on food. There were times when things were ordered that weren’t in the bag, and when asked where the item was their explanation was “oh we are out of that item” ok? !? Then you should tell the customer that what they paid for isn’t available, here’s a refund or ask that customer if they want a different item. They just straight didn’t say anything to me till I looked and saw it wasn’t there. Id rather go out of my way to a further location than go here. Not to mention this is the slowest location in the area.
Sandwich tasted bad, like the chicken was held for too long. Then, the person working the counter quoted a Bible verse while grabbing my order. What's up with that?
This place used to have great and with fast service, but it is terrible now. The orders are delivered wrong and the wait is insane. This is not an isolated incident, this is based on my last 5 visits. STAY AWAY, unless you just like to wait.
Waited 45 minutes in drive thru for order, just to have the wrong order handled to me and my milkshake looked like anything but a milkshake. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. You will waste your time and sanity
Slowest location I’ve ever gone to, Oder wasn’t correct. Lines weren’t moving for about 5-8 mins during breakfast time. This is my 2nd time here & i won’t be returning.
This is really difficult for me to say because as far as chain restaurants go, Chick-fil-a has stolen the show in my heart but I have been extremely dissatisfied recently as a whole because of how bad this place has been. Of all the restaurants I have been to, this location has done one thing really well and the fact that the one thing they do really well is getting orders wrong has to be a huge issue. From items missing, to getting a completely different order, the amount of times I have taken the wrong food home has been baffling. I hope that the issue has only been something that has come from training new people, or small mishaps, but when over half of the orders I get are wrong it makes coming here something I dread to do. I hope this is something that the management team can sit down and address because I have to imagine this can't just be happening to me. Ps. Take the extra 15 minutes to go to either the Kingwood or Summerwood location.
They seem to mess up my order more than most places - missing or wrong items on the last 4 visits. Plus they parked me on a simple single meal drive through order and then forgot about me making my drive through time about 15 minutes. Sad, because most Chick-fil-A's are awesome!
This is hands-down the worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. I’ve been to dozens of Chick-fil-A’s across the country, but this one takes the cake. Unfortunately, it’s the one closest to my home. However, it wasn’t always this way. I’m assuming the management has changed in the past year or two. Without exaggerating, I can confidently say that about 85% of the time that I have ordered food from this Chick-fil-A (in the past two years) either my order has been incorrect or I have had some sort of quality issue with the food. It’s not that this Chick-fil-A is a disaster compared to your average McDonald’s or Burger King, but compared to literally any other Chick-fil-A that I have ever set foot in or gone through the drive-through of, this Chick-fil-A is deplorable. I have now started driving an extra 15 minutes out of the way just to go to the second closest Chick-fil-A around. I really hope they can figure it out. If you’re in the Atascocita area, I would go ahead and go to either Kingwood or Summerwood. It might be a further drive, but you’ll save yourself frustration and an extra trip back to Chick-fil-A to get your order remade or corrected. So actually, you might save yourself some time too. My pleasure.
Three stars. My reasoning is that the service was outstanding and the food was great. My problem though was the fact I had to take my order from the table. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted and it wasn't a chore to figure out, but t had I had multiple people or wanted something new, I would've been out of luck. It also seemed to be really inconvenient for the staff having to track people down in the order they arrived. Not a good idea
This CFA has gone downhill, and fast. It does not matter if you go when they are busy or slow, the service is always less than stellar. Whether I have ordered for curbside pick up, lobby pickup, or waited in the drive thru, there is always nothing but chaos, disorganization, and ridiculous wait times. I have been numerous times where it is has taken 10 minutes just for a drink.
This CFA has been here long enough to be executing on a higher level. Management needs to focus on retraining their staff, as their service has gone downhill, and focus on a more efficient system. Seems to be so chaotic where your order is easily lost, no matter how you order with them.
You used to be able to go to this CFA and know that you would get great food, fast service, and friendly staff. Unfortunately that tends to not be the case on a consistent basis.
This was the first time that I had to wait for like 10 mins or more for my order. It was just nuggets and fries and a drink.
Managers need to step up at this Humble location. For the past month since they've got this new staff, we have to wait in line at least 20 minutes before our order is even taken. Unacceptable. Managers do your job
This location is always consistent food wise. They could do a better job training their employees on how to use their order pads, as we did have difficulty making our order correct.
Got talked into going to Freddie's yesterday. Never again! Chick-fil-a

This place just keeps going downhill. Every time I order, it's wrong or missing part of the order. Very disappointing not getting what you pay for. If the young workers actually cared and took a minute to actually double check and make sure orders were right, it'd make a big difference
Wow just wow.service has really gone down. Took 15 minutes to get my order threw the drive through and when I got my food it wasn't the best unfortunately.usually they're fast and the food is good but not this time
