Chick-fil-A, Balcones Heights TX

Loved the little Christmas experience they have going through the drive through! So beautiful. And as always, amazing service.

I actually order from this Chick-fil-A a lot because of its proximity to our home. Though I just ordered a delivery for breakfast and the order is completely wrong. Chicken sandwich meal but the sandwich is egg only. I called them 4 times between 9: 30 - 9: 40 and no one is answering. I will also add that when I go there to order tea's / lemonades it is usually wrong. I have also been blamed for not giving the order correctly. Out of all the chik-fil-a this is probably the worst but I continue to go to it since its so close to us. Signature member - 14000 points

Chick-fil-A is just the same as always. I feel like that's the beauty of it. Nothing more and nothing less. The same three ingredient (I'm exaggerating) for everything.

This is the place to eat when you don't know what to get. It's just chicken, I have to be honest sometimes the food taste fresh and other times taste and feel like it's been sitting out since last Christmas.

All in all decent and top choice out of the other (fake meat/unhealthy) fast food places in the area (this place is still no better. Idk who they are trying to lie to about it being "fresh" or "healthy" It is not) *You are better off eating at home and counting the kcal yourself.oh and it's definitely cheaper buying these ingredients and making it yourself at home but hey we are all tired from a good hard ol day of work.so I get it, me too*

I had to write a review about this chick fil a because the service was particularly good.i was helped by such a genuinely kind and warm person; she was so helpful.i believe her name was ari- her service was unmatched.

This review is simply for one employee who is always so sweet and attentive. Mia is literally the only one here who has a great attitude. The managers don’t even smile or act nice. She is the only reason I’ve come back. All the others mess up my order. Thanks Mia for being a great employee!

Need fast? This is the place to go! They never disappoint. During lunch you are in and out! Although the line was pretty long their employees move everyone along. Congratulations Chick-fil-A!

Always busy, but the staff is very efficient. Probably 20-30 cars in the drive thru, but took less then 10 minutes. Got some nice holiday displays up.

I try this location for 1st time and is was good. The dinning in was clean and food was good. Is a busy location and too many employees not caring for customer services, they was only one cashier on front but others they were not assisting other customer. I did my order dinning in the app for my table, and have to go to the front to look for my online order that was in the corner just waiting 15 min to be server. My order was not right either, missing nuggets.
Anyway Manager gave me free chick-fil-a nuggets for the mistake and for not good services I received. In the future I will come again. Ingram location still the best in everything.

This is like the 3rd time I've ordered Mac and cheese and I don't get it. I'm giving y'all 5 stars cause the food is good and the drive thru is always fast. But man I really wanted Mac and cheese. I would go back but it's not that close to my house to just go back with all the kids.

I enjoyed the food, I also was impressed with the employees with their hospitality. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. I will come eat here again many times. Charlon Caldwell

Its Chick-fil-a whats not to love? They decorated their drive thru so cutely my kids enjoyed it it was like a cute little drive thru light show.

I ordered 12-piece nugget fresh and hot I requested and I got cold nuggets gave it back to them had me to wait 15 minutes and they dumped the cold nuggets into the grease and refried them again and came back hard they were warm hot but they were dry I will not go back there again

Always a line but it moves fast, and there is a good reason why cars are lined up waiting for this fresh food. Excellent salad options, love the mac & cheese, and am never disappointed!

Julissa was very rude. The moment I walked up to the counter, she immediately rolled her eyes, kept making noise. I thought that was very rude and there was a couple other staff that we’re giving attitude as well. I also didn’t like the side of bitchness and the fact the my fries didn’t have any salt on them.

Employees are always very polite. Great customer service. All fast food restaurants should train their employees to have great customer service like this.

I’ve tried this location a few times for large catering orders and it’s always been a fail. I started ordering 15-20 mins before I have to pick up and even then the order is late. This location needs some work on timing of orders especially when it’s large re-occurring catering orders placed online.
