21 I love this place so much. I been a patron since they opened. Today my review is for my experience with finding hairs in my salad and the unkind respond of the manager when explaining they cannot do nothing because it was a delivery. The person never let me talk to the point I have to raise my voice and of course, no one likes that, and she hung up on me. I called them back, I was sent to voicemail. I called again, she picked up and tells me is the “battery of the phone”, she never hung up on me (amazing life timing). And once again, she starts ranting about delivery policies and how she cannot give me anything. Until I insisted, “if I were in the premises she without doubt will give a salad, ” she said, “I’ll give you two. ” And I’m like, “see? ! ”
Her response: “go through DoorDash, we didn’t charge you. ”
Ughhhhh
The active listening was so gone on this one.
At the end after explaining for another time she told me she will give a new salad but I need to pick it up.
The result, it is why I expected of their amazing customer service. However, the whole ordeal to get there with her was awful. Why? Because she doesn’t listen. Yes, she might be cramped with orders. But her solution was to tell me the policy non stop, not letting me talk and hanging up on me.
I solved the problem myself. In a great customer service world, that solution needed to come from her, not me.
Ok. End of rant.
They are awesome. This experience is the one that sucks.
Well I ordered two chickfil sandwiches, two drinks. I couldn't believe it was over 16.00 $. They had slipped in two waffle fries.i did not order.
The line was long but moved quickly. The guy who took my order was great and helped me troubleshoot my issue with the app. The person at the window was very pleasant.
I typically don’t have issues with Chick-fil-a but today I had a very inconvenient experience and this locations lack luster response to their error is the reason I’m writing a review. I am vegetarian, I ordered a plain butter biscuit and a fruit cup. I get my bad, it feel heavy so once I pull up, I check it and there’s a chicken biscuit instead of my plain biscuit. I park, get out and approach the online order window, I let them know the issue. I am refunded for the sandwich only, they replace the biscuit after waiting 7 minutes (for a plain butter biscuit). I open this one up and the biscuit is VERY hard around all of the edges. I walk back to the window, barely got an apology and they replaced it AGAIN. This time the biscuit had chicken skin crumps over the top of it, I’m vegetarian. At this point, I’m already 15 minutes later than expected so I just leave. Please do better.
Clean, Fresh, Delicious - this restaurant always provides consistent and convenient comfort foods in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and efficient and the location is conveniently located just a block off Hwy 288. If you want a Delicious Chicken Sandwich, Entree Salad and/or Waffle Fries, this is the place to go! Enjoy and Bon Appetit!
The new mom meals are a joke. When I had my son about a year ago, my husband was able to pick it up and bring it to me since we live over 5 miles away. I was going to do one for my sister in law since she just had a baby and she lives out of range also. Funny how when you try to do it now, they say that they can only deliver it and it can’t be picked up.
They wouldn’t let me pay with cash because they were trying to make it faster through the drive-through. So they made me drive through and pay at the window which was not faster for me. They are unorganized.
Big disappointment - I ordered my meal "value sized" like I have for years. This time it got me a small soda and small fries. Why the change and why is it not on the menu?
They forgot my salsa after I specifically reminded her to put some in the bag. This has never happened before at other locations. Otherwise standard Chic-fil-a service.
Who doesn't love Chick fil A chicken? Always dependable, even after a freeze and power outage. When people at the store were crazy and shelves empty, Chick fil A came through with fast service and great food! Also love doing business with a company with Christian values.
Not much to say about CFA. They are all great and this one is no exception. Parking lot is a bit meh but what can you do. Gotta get those chicken minis.
Looks like a long line when you get close but it's never a long wait! Or you can order ahead & have zero wait time! This location is a well pulled machine!
No indoor seating. Which makes it pointless for regular people who want to eat Chickfila. Get favor to deliver to you, or else go to a real branch of chickfila. We have never been more disapointed in chickfila.
I am always at Chick Fil A but this time it was great because the worker that was at the drive thru was amazing and she was smiling and in the small time i was there we even had a laugh. Food was also very great as always.

To the girl at the drive thru at 750am, I did not ask for your rudeness. All I asked was for extra strawberry jelly. After working 13 hours with critical patients and not being able to eat, the last thing I want is your rudeness. I hope this location can learn from this incident.
I was visiting from Austin, TX and decided to order in the drive through. I ordered some grilled nuggets, fries and an Arnold Palmer to drink. I asked which sauces for my grilled nuggets were gluten free, but no one could answer that question. I got an apology for their ignorance.
It was very disappointing that I wasn't able to get a dipping sauce besides ketchup. Thanks Chick-fil-A

Seating is only outdoor patio seating. Not sure how all the reviews say great service when they don’t bring the food to you. You have to go to the window to get food/ napkins etc. Restrooms are password protected and small because they don’t expect people to dine here.
This is designed to be drive through restaurant.
Don’t plan on dining here.
Had a good experience at Chick-fil-a as usual. I just didn't know that this location doesn't have a dine-in option. Only drive thru & mobile pick up.
