Chick-fil-A, Round Rock TX

The workers at this Chic fil a are amazing. If you have any issue with the order they always make it right. Their system crashed today and they comped everyone’s meal. Absolutely great people

I ordered breakfast from this Chick-fil-A on UberEats the other day. When I unwrapped and took a bite into my biscuit, I found a metal washer imbedded into the bottom of my biscuit. Neither UberEats nor Chick-fil-A would take responsibility for the issue, even though it was ultimately CFA’s fault that this happened. What if I or someone else, especially a child, had ingested this? I was finally contacted by someone from this CFA location, but it was an email from the Marketing Director which was clearly an automated response email. When I followed up with an email, it was never returned.

This is a really serious food preparation issue that was not addressed by CFA corporate or this location! I would suggest that everyone think twice before visiting this location due to this safety issue, as well as their handling of serious issues.

The slowest location I’ve ever been to. The Mac and cheese always smell sour and taste old. The food is always dried out.

This place is usually pretty good and I have never had a problem until last time I went there. Chicken tortilla soup is normally outstanding last time I had it I noticed it was a very thin instead of nice and thick like it normally is. And this time I did not have one piece of chicken in the soup and they did not put the tortilla strips in my bag to go. On my next trip they completely screwed up my order also they gave me everything I did not want or ordered.

The drive thru was flawless, even at the lunch rush. We had a big order and they filled it perfectly. The food was hot and tasty. Great experience. Definitely one of the better CFAs in the area.

I don't get it. I see the drive-thru lines.many cars all the time picking up this stuff.it's all breaded Mc Nuggets.horrible food and poor decisions by their followers.

Very nice location, easy access to drive thru, restaurant inside is really nice tables can hold small and big groups, one of my favorite locations

Staff is always fun and food is always fresh. I got a sprite that was mostly water once and they quickly replaced it for me. Great service

Picked up a couple of meals with my Grandson to enjoy at the park. Then went back to pick up shakes on the way home. We had the same person taking our orders. I only gave a three-star because of neither visit did the order taker make eye contact a d they got my name wrong both times. I get that working at a fast-food job is not all fun. I have had plenty of jobs in fast-food, it was hard work. Eye contact is a basic skill needed when talking to someone especially at the work environment.

I get the Market Salad and it's great that I can customize it because i have food allergies. I've probably gotten that custom salad 50 times and they've never gotten it wrong. Helpful and friendly staff, good food.

Always greet u with a smile. Backs up rest of parking lot thou. No one can get around from other places cuz no one is directing traffic

Really like this location. They always get my order right and food is fresh 98% of the time. I also really like that it’s so close to my place of work!

These people should run the federal government; then things would get done right. Food 5 stars, service 5 stars, speed and efficiency 5 stars.

Had a bad experience 2 times with the guy with hat: Josue. Last time he was in the drive thru window, saying "there you go! " When giving our change back.
Now this time I went inside instead. He was told by (one of the managers probably) to take my order. He really didn't seem like he wanted to. He wasn't paying attention to what I saying then at the end I said "thank you" and he just walked away.no "thank you" no "my pleasure" nothing. Like he just didn't want to be there.
I had to ask another employee for his name.
This chickfila was our chickfila of choice compared to all the others because it was refreshing having polite employees take your order. I would never come back here knowing he's there.
Oh and the food was gross/fries were old

Love Chick Fil A but this location can't seem to get orders right! Chick Fil A has traditionally done a really good job at making sure orders were accurate but today I went through the drive through at lunch and it was not busy at all and my order was incorrect again! Do a better job Chick Fil A! There are lots of other fast food chicken options.

The guy who took my order was not very friendly, was kind of rushing me to order (no other cars was behind me), macaroni and cheese was very dry.

Love the Peach shakes! Breakfast is my fave. I also like the nuggets, but was recently given grilled over fried and not asked my preference. The sandwiches are pretty darn good, and the rest just ok.

Their drive thru is highly uncoordinated- maybe bc the location is new? Their quality of food just disnt hit the mark like other locations weve been to- this location is in Hutto next to the new Calvers. Wont be revisiting this location.
