Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

The experience there from team members, out of items (soft drinks and cones), atmosphere (lack of welcoming guests), wait times.

The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Employees are in slow motion and are like headless chickens wandering around. I’ve gotten better service at the Mcdonalds down the street. As a former Chick-fil-A employee, the operator of this franchise should be embarrassed.

Bandera 1604 needs a SECOND location. They are trying thier best but everyday there is an overwhelming amount of traffic. Which makes it hard to visit/ park/ order etc. At this location.

Always can rely on good service and good food from Chick-fil-a. Fries were colder than normal but everything else was perfect.

Good was a good as every bit tried Mobile Pickup. Waited at least 10 min - regular drive-through or counter would have been faster.

It looked like a long line but it was handled professionally. The young folks all smiling and the order took no time.

Chik-fil-A is very fast & efficient fer da volume o' customers they serve. Food is hot & fresh but waffle fries are NEVAH cripsy and they were outta 'maters.not good news fer a chik'n deluxe

Ordered a breakfast bowl and it wasn't even halfway filled. Had only 1 egg and half a sausage patty! Very dissatisfied and will not be coming back

Double checked when ordering that both meals are large size, got a medium at the window and of course they had to take my card back for the extra 30 cents, just go to a different location.

Seems like a very toxic work environment. I overheard them talking negatively to (I believe) a delivery driver claiming all they do is “sit on their a*s”. Workers there look miserable.

This is a first.ordered a wrap meal and side of chicken nuggets using my points. However the points weren’t applied.while still at the drive through area I asked the young man who took my order if the points were applied since $15 for a wrap meal didn’t sound right and he said yes it was. Only to find out it wasn’t and the cashier who gave me my order said there was nothing she could do at the point. Which is fine I guess I can accumulate my points but 2 out of 5 chicken nuggets were literally all batter. Come on Chick-fila if you wouldn’t serve it to your own family don’t serve it to your customers.

45 minutes after the order was supposed to be delivered I called and they happened to have the order already on its way. I tried to cancel the order and they couldn’t give me a confirmation. I got to “trust” them they will refund my money if I get charge as they have no way to cancel orders.

Do not order deliver from this location.

Huge fans of Chic Fil A and the customer service is always great but wow it was amazing this time! It’s literally 100000 degrees outside and the sun has no mercy and Ms. Cortez who took our order was amazing! She was so upbeat and was very thorough with our order. I cannot imagine working in this heat and still going above and beyond. My husband pointed out her name tag said team lead and wow does she deserve her own franchise or something! Please get these kids some fans or something!

The drive through was very fast and they are very patient with you and they service you with a smile and make sure you get what you want. Very goog experience every time we go here!

It’s been really slow lately. I’m currently sitting in line, not the normal line, for 15min. It used to be 10min in and out. I love the place, but they gotta work it out.
