Chick-fil-A, Houston TX

This location is skimping customers left and right. Their large order of fries basically came half way so like a medium. The size of the chicken filets here is also really small. I think owner is cutting corners. Take your business to the Heights location on Shearn

This location messed up my order and had the audacity to check in my bag and car to see if I was lying about missing fries. This was the first time this ever happened and I come here a lot. Very disappointed in the night crew.

This used to be such a quality Chik-fil-a location in city of Houston. Tremendous customer service and they know how to follow basic instructions when you place order. I would normally go here at least 2-3 times a week. However this place must be under New management or ownership. The chicken patties are ridiculously SMALL. I haven't seen smaller patties at any other Chik-fil-A locations in Houston. They also don't taste as fresh and moist as they normally used to in the past. Im not sure what is going on here, but I would stay away until they fix this issue

I'm a food delivery dasher for Door dash. This location refuses to give out plastic bags to their online ordering customers ordering through door dash (reason being because door dash give their dashers bags per owner, (says the manager). Yet dasher bags are used to keep the customers food and drinks hot/cold. The bag is not to actually give to the customers their food is left sitting OUTSIDE on the ground/porch (that's the only reason why I ask for plastic bags for the customers food orders).
Bottom line YOU (owner) DO NOT have to be that CHEAP, to not give YOUR door dash customers plastic bags for extra security for their food purchase, when being left OUTSIDE on the ground.

Generally a good experience with food and service at drive through. The last time I went to this location, I dined in and I had a pretty bad experience. My order was messed up but I’m not that upset about that. I understand stuff happens. They tried to resolve but ultimately didn’t deliver. In processing the refund, the amount was incorrect. It wasn’t a significant amount but Im just annoyed on principle. I told them I don’t need the difference but showed him the receipts to demonstrate the error on principle, he said he would look into it. I highly doubt he will look into anything. I just felt like the staff didn’t seem that concerned about customer service or my experience that evening. I concur with the other negative comments about this location, the front staff could use some improvement.

Def not the same “how May I serve you service” that I’m use to getting from Chick Fil A.service is slow - staff is just there

Went threw drive thru since I was carrying precious cargo my grandaughter 9,8&6 place my order and proceeded thru. Got my drinks and was ask to go wait in the parking space for my order of a #1 and 2 kids meals a chocolate shake&strawberry shake order sauces as well ok about 5 minutes later order came out.only to find no sauces and 2 chocolate shakes had to get off my car and go back in to ask for my sauces and when I told the women that they had got my shakes wrong.she said rudely you need to bring it back in.i was not even asking for it to be replaced. But at that point I felt as if she was saying I was lying. I spent $30 dollars for this kind of treatment. Its just so unfair she was a manager and I guess a customer is never right in her eyes.very unsatisfied with drive thru service and management

TINY TINY TINY chicken Pieces. The smallest I ever seen at any Chil-fil-A. This place is a joke. Stay away. Don’t get skimped here

Terrible experience.orders are incorrect, they don't remember sauces, there must be a disconnect between the app and the kitchen.it clearly says biscuit, why is it on a muffin?

chick fil a was the only fast food i eat but now I'm just going to swear off of fast food for good.terrible for you anyways

Very fast drive-thru services. Food was hot and super yummy. Hopefully it never changes because is a good constant in our lives our safest place to eat when eating out

Tried to get into the restaurant at 10 pm and was promptly turned away by some ranger security guard saying lobby was closed. Went back to my car and saw constant streams of people going in to get food. Racist much? Disappointing from a Chick-fil-A.

Whoever is the manager needs to mind whose at the microphone. The new girl with the braids has so much attitude early in the morning. We're trying to have a good day ma'am, breathe. The vanilla iced coffee used to be good but lately it just tastes burnt, no vanilla at all. That's been a slow decline. You know you're messing up when McDonald's down kirby is making better coffee than your locale.

A very nice place, although it is very crowded, but it is excellent. I would like that the people who are taking orders outside do not take them on the pedestrian line that passes right there and there is a sign that indicates it because it is scary to cross and that they do not notice

PSA the lobby closes at 10 p.m. If you want food after that you have to order it through the mobile app or drive through
