13The only good part about this store. Today was the person who took my order. After that it went downhill and continued to spiral. They got their order wrong they were unaccommodating and seem to just not care about service
Good food is just like other chick fil a but the drive-through is a mess. We often wait longer here than in other places. Employees walk up to car windows delivering food out of order and also dangerous because they want you to pull up past the drive-through window were Employees area walking in and out, must be a better way to get this done. Another thing is 1 lane is used for regular orders and other for app purchases but find Allmost waiting to same or longer eather way, just make both lanes the same, very frustrating.
Brianna was super nicer and helped me redeem rewards which I ain’t even know I had, Super friendly and good fast food.
I order a Cobb Salad thru the drive thru. I got a warm salad and gnats or fruit flies inside. Chik fil A was my go to. I am very disappointed.
I’ve had WAY better experiences at Chick-fil-A’s near my home. This place … does NOT meet expectations.
The fries are cold and they didn’t put the chick fill a sauce and I ask to the team member if the sauces were in the bag and he said yes
Horrible service. Asked for mac and cheese and fries and got charged for two fries instead. Also, the card reader machine wasn’t working in the drive thru. Disappointed
Don’t come here in the middle of the day if you want fast service. Even if you mobile order lmao.
Ordered on the app through curbside. Probably 10-20 cars passed by and went through the drive-thru while I was parked and waiting for my order. Why bother ordering curbside if I could go through the drive-thru 5 times before one curbside order is placed? To top that off, my order was missing a side item when it was finally brought to me and I had to call and wait again for the missing side. This Chik Fil A is lacking and needs to improve for their customers. Waiting absurdly long times and then finally bringing out orders with missing items.
The reason for 1 star is because I specifically asked for 2 Chick-fil-A sauce for my sandwich I should have checked the bag because this happens ALOT! I don't live close by this is on my way home from work. I get home and there is no Chick-fil-A sauce. NONE! I'm very upset because the reason I go to Chick-fil-A is for their sauce the sandwich is good but I can get a chicken sandwich anywhere it's all about the sauce so now I'm eating a dry Chick-fil-A sandwich. This happens way too many times I know they're busy but please I'm very specific give me my sauce! There are other Chick-fil-A places I can go to I will switch to them I don't seem to have the same problem there it may be a little further or not right on my way home but it's worth it if I can get my Chick-fil-A sauce.
The frosted beverage point redemption on the app doesn't redeem all frosted beverages - it excludes seasonal frosted beverages. I asked about this, wasn't given a good answer by the check out line guys, then was told at the window the app redemption isn't for seasonal beverages. So, now I have a reward I have to use for something I don't want because the staff doesn't know how their app works and what it redeems. Incredibly frustrating. When I go somewhere, I expect competent workers. Is that too much to ask for?
Almost every time I come here for breakfast, my order is wrong! It is so frustrating. And there is no number listed on the bag nor the receipt and that’s if I get a receipt being that I am paying at the ordering station. Disappointed altogether.
Good service, the avocado dressing for the salads is very good, the service was fast, the salad was fresh, we also ordered a meal that brought fries, the potatoes weren't good or they had been done for a while, otherwise everything was fine.
