Chick-fil-A, Houston TX

I always buy food from this store but this time Bad service i wait for more than 25 minutes and my order never came out.

This place is dirty! I came to get breakfast at 9: 00am and they had grease hand stains on all over the walls next to the booths. The bathrooms were also stinky and dirty in the morning when that’s when they should be the cleanest. I ordered a breakfast egg white meal and egg sausage.they didn’t have hash brows or grape jelly. The food was also horrible and the bread was stale and tasted like plastic. They didn’t even apologize when I told them I was upset. This location should be shut down, I’ve never been to a horrible chick fil a, I thought they had to hold a certain standard.

Worst location ever! Always I order here they forget something, the food is not as good it should be, they messed up the orders and then they ask to many questions just to solve the problem

Worst chick fill of all. Always missing stuff from my bags, bad actitude of employees (I have to admit they improved a little in the past year but still bad compared to other chickfilla in houston). Just hope I had another closer to my house

I only come to this location because it’s near my job they constantly misspell my name for my order even when I spell it for them to the point it’s become really irritating and now they’ve gotten my order wrong this location could do a better job on order accuracy

I was amazed to order such a detailed order and they got it correct!
I have been to many other chick-fil-as and they always get my order wrong!
But this place by far exceeded my expectations!

Had the craziest experience at this location this morning. I usually use the drive through but today my friend and I decided to go inside for a bite of breakfast. Once we finished our food we saw there was no one in the play area and took the opportunity to go talk and hang out to get a nostalgic vibe like the old days.

A woman came in once to tell use no food or drinks, okay no problem we finished our food already before even entering and just had our water at the bottom w our bags not even drinking them in the slides or anything. Two young men came in not even 5 mins laters and stated “you all can leave or we can call the cops” not sure why we were targeted when there was a random bystander literally resting in the booth right in front of the same door they used to come and threaten us.

It was a totally bizarre situation and if I had more time I would’ve stayed for the cops but who knows what lies they would have told them to endanger my friend and I’s safety. It was a really unfortunate situation, not sure why they'd call the cops on us especially since we weren’t damaging any property and literally in the area talking after our meal. Since this has happened, I have contacted corporate bc as a paying customer, to be treated in such a way and for them to be so aggressive is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be going back to this location or supporting the company in general moving forward.

Just a DoorDash delivering for their customer. Back again at Chick-fil-A. Do I need to say more? The place is perfect always greet you with a smile. The order is always perfect. It’s Chick-fil-A Christian values good attitude. Thank you for an easy pick up Chick-fil-A.

Don't hand my food to the wrong person. Let them look in the bag. Figure it's the wrong order and try to give me the order. I don't know them folks who was looking over my food in the car ahead of me. Than lie to me like you are going to remake my order and give me the same food.lucky I had an appointment to go to.

Have 2nd lane that looks totally open and nobody taking the order. Then asked to go back since they apparently have it closed because a little red light shows that. Wasted half an hour with this

Had like 4 cars waiting in front of me and on the side of the building for their food. Large Mac and cheese i ordered was half served in the cup and not fresh compared to the other locations. Waited 8 minutes in line for 1 large Mac and cheese staff was rushing and in their own world

This CFA location is honestly ghetto. The food quality doesn’t seem to be as high as other locations, the employees are rude & unprofessional, it appears to be very unorganized, the drive thru lane situation is usually a hot mess. Sadly it’s the closest to my house but the experience makes me seldomly crave it. 2/5 stars.

Order online and they forgot to put the chicken on my sandwich! When I went back they didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

This location have very bad customer service. Ordered my food and they took forever then they canceled the order. Have minors work there and very unexperienced staff. This place got some disrespectful staff. Will never come back!

Thy Always don't have Macaroni Cheese or Noodles Soup.so why mention it in Menu.all the times they don't have

Worst Location. Worst Service. Y’all might as well close down the Mobile thru line especially during lunch time because it’s no way to even get through to that line how long the lines be. Literally have to pull up to the window & tell them I had a mobile order and order still wasn’t ready so I had to pull to the side and wait. Milkshake arrived without any whip cream or cherry because they didn’t have any and my milkshake came halfway full. My bag didn’t have ANY sauces which I requested with my mobile order. I still said Thank you, once I finally received my order, but wasn’t told “ My Pleasure” it was no response at all. Luckily, it was MY PLEASURE To do this review
