Chick-fil-A, Cedar Park TX

Took one star off, crust on chicken was gross. Another star off cuz place was dirty. Another star off cuz they gave me half order fries. Another star off cuz only 5 parking spaces. Rest are for curbside. Another star off cuz Roland was crass. = 0 stars. So guess the one star for girl that brought me my tray.

Team lead this morning was rude and condescending to team members. Tone and body language was very unprofessional. When he was at the window he was mistreating the workers, no managerwas nearby to share the experience. He was being rude and needs to learn leadership skills and although he was polite to me and my family, he needs to work on his team player attitude. Leadership isn't a title it's behavior, I get this store is run by kids but, training is key.

He was rude and passive aggressive to his colleagues. Happy work life creates a culture of happy workers.

I did a delivery to my motel and she was quicker than the estimated time!

Order was hot, coke was cold!

Very professionally run very efficient, extremely friendly, and helpful. And of course, as always, the food was delicious.

THIS PLACE IS A CHAOS, you have to deal with long long line and the people who take orders make so many mistakes, your order gets skipped or you will have to deal with multiple transactions with bank, they say come back if you are changed multiple times we will refund you, but still do they really expect to go back to get refund or that's a trick to get the line moving? Still you want some food that would be awesome then be prepared for that CHAOS. Don't get me wrong the food is awesome but the system serving that food or delivering the order SUCKS. I had multiple experiences not just one.

The traffic pattern in the shopping area is impossible. Around the restaurant, they have what appears to be 2 slow-moving lanes of drive-through. It looks like you could get in the breakfast line to get lunch.
I had a craving and was in the area. Otherwise, I would have picked another Chick-fil-A.

Just poor service all around here. Waited for awhile on a DoorDash order as the were busy. One person on register and one making DoorDash orders as a group of about 4 employees just stood there chit chatting in a circle not helping anyone do anything.

Favorite lunch place of all time. Never ever disappointed. I wish they would open a Cic-fil-a in La Vernia Texas.

This Chick Fil A has a terrible impact on the businesses around it. Traffic is always backed up and no one can ever get around the cars waiting. You can't eat at Carl's Jr because Chick Fil A customers park in the Carl's Jr's parking lot. I watches 3 Chick Fil A employees park in the Carl's Jrs parking lot right in front of the sign that clearly states Parking For Carl's Jr's Customers Only and walk over in their uniforms. Just a bad addition to the community with this location and I don't give them my business due to this factor.

7/25/23 I placed an order through the chik fil an app for delivery for breakfast so I would receive points as a loyal red member. Chik fil a partners with door dash so it was my only delivery option. When I received my order I had Mac n cheese as a missing item.
I submitted this issue on the chik fil an app.

When chik fil a leadership (Shannon) called me today 7/29/23 regarding my experience, she told me that it’s a third party and there’s nothing they can do to assist me. Again I ordered this via the chik fil A app. She informed me I need to call door dash to assist me to rectify my order. After speaking to the door dash representative I was told by door dash that it had been too long since the order for anything to be corrected (4 days.) I called Chik fil A back and explained this to Shannon.
She informed me that it was most likely the door dasher who missed the bag or someone else took my Mac n cheese. I was offered no chik fil a points, a voucher or anything customer service related. I’m submitting this review due to this not being the chik fil A way, Chik Fil A customer service use to be the leader and standard, however after this experience at this store and location I will never look at Chik Fil A the same way. I hope this review helps customers stay away from this location, lack of service and complete decline in making things right for Loyal customers.

Food is good, line is ALWAYS long, customer service is awful by Chick-fil-A standards: (seems like the manager cares more about profit than customer satisfaction at this particular location

People are friendly and food is great. But, I suppose that's why you go to Chick-fil-A!

Customer service is overall not great. I am always afraid they are going to mess up my order, because it has happened multiple times in the just 3 months I've been going here. And I really don't eat Chick-fil-A that often. I am writing now because they just messed up my order again. The staff is pretty aloof and lack urgency, too- which is weird for Chick-fil-A. Worst one I've ever been to, honestly.

(drive) I don't understand why they have 3 guys taking orders in the line if none of them is able to take the order well, I had the bad luck that none of these guys took my order well because the 3 of them prompted me and repeated the order as I set them and none of them took it well, so that later they could wait for me on the curb side for 10 because my order was not ready and it came out wrong

I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A this dysfunctional… I get there and I asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce and other sauces and a half and half drink and the girl was nice and said yes of course and then there was a bunch of kids that were working there in the car drive through line just messing around and a kid was standing at the drive through window outside of it in everyone’s way and I asked them again for sauces and they said it’s in the bag and still didn’t give me any sauces at all what so ever and then said they couldn’t do the drink half and half just because they were being lazy I believe.
