I made a delivery and they forgot my cookies, no big deal and Erika the manager made it beyond right no only did she bring my cookies but she made sure I was satisfied and she made sure to personally deliver it herself. Thank you Erika you deserve a raise your so kind and caring chick fil a defiantly needs to give u an award for vest hospitality. Thank you for being so kind

I went this morning 6/26/23 and ordered a chicken sandwich with a granola parfait and fruit cup. I was told it would be a wait for the chicken, and I agreed. 15 minutes later staff come out without any food and inform me that there was a wait on the parfait and the fruit cup due to not being “prepped” yet. I asked for a full refund and cancel the order and persisted on only giving me a refund for the parfait and fruit cup and charged me for the sandwich. Will not be going back to Chik-Fil-A anytime soon.

I’m giving one star because my order has been messed up more than once at this location. One time I asked for 12 grilled nuggets & got fried nuggets. Next time I asked for 30 grilled nuggets & got 23.

Quick in and out. Got spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. My sandwich was spicy enough for me but my wife said hers was too spicy for her and she really likes spicy food. Must have gotten a slug of cayenne seasoning on her sandwich.

The food be tasting weird, mixed with chemicals, no matter if I order from Uber eats and/or there in person.
Who should pay for that? It’s like a sadistic game to this undercover entities/people, kicking it up a notch to see who’s aware, and what they can get away with. STOP messing with the food and/or buying meat products that are contaminated.

Had no brownies, they should had brownies now I’m big mad! Next time I’m there better have my brownies

We had a really big order on short notice. They got everything right and in good time with excellent customer service. We greatly appreciate it!

Worker taking order was giving myself and my friend looks, food was relatively quick, got shorted 2 nuggets in my 8ct they didnt give me silverware for my mac n cheese, lemonade frosty was soupy. I still love you guys but this is not the service i am used to at this establishment

I typically don’t have issues with any of the employees EXCEPT for one. I’m not sure what his name is but he is EXTREMELY rude every time I go there. Today, he got upset because I drove past the point where they take orders. Well, no one was standing there so I moved up. He was very sarcastic and ignorant. So when I returned the same energy, he got even more upset and told me that they’d take my order at the window, and walked away. Well, they don’t take orders at the window. So I was advised to go back around in line (which I didn’t want to do so I drove off). Overall, he should be fired or just quit if he hates his job that much. AND he’s always messing up my order. Simple things like a 3-count strips meal seems like rocket science to him. I hate when he takes me order. I’ve worked in fast food and I didn’t treat people like that.

I tell you I have never been so disappointed with the Harker Heights location until today…I ordered an 8 count nugget meal and it was so over cooked that the nuggets and fries looked burnt…the chicken was so tuff and chewy…it will be a while before I go back to them….

Criss cut fries way under cooked. Three of my eight nuggets where just batter. Very disappointed.
