Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

Super dirty and dingy. Tryna be nice but the staff felt unattentive. Weird cause coming here is hit or miss.

Dirty and the clerk had a super bad attitude.
Some black girl with long braids obviously hates her job. Rolled her eyes about 10.000 times at me and smirked at us when I asked if she could add some chick fil a sauce to the order. She also was moody with her co workers.
My appetite was gone immediately. I hope she gets fired and will work on her personality. She clearly shouldn't be in the customer service industry!

WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS?

My wife usually have a wonderful experience at every chick-fil-a. However today this black lady with a red top I'm assuming is the manager, was giving attitude and her face was like I don't even want to be working here. Firstly she didn't do a good job of looking for our order we had to give her the order number and then she mentioned he was going to take about 5 minutes. After that she gave us our order and we had to check to see if there was stuff missing and there was obviously drinks missing so they said okay we still need a few more minutes but then when that order came they did not even tell us that the rest of our order was still being made they just gave us our order and walked away. When I came back again a second time the black lady was like having a bad attitude and acting like she don't want to be there. If you're going to be a manager maybe the leader you better have a good attitude! It was obvious by her leadership that everyone else was having a bad attitude as well. After checking the third time we were still missing stuff and they didn't even check we were doing their job and we're not supposed to be doing their job what the hell?
I have to say bad job on the Chick-fil-A corporation for hiring somebody like this because we have never seen anybody with this type of attitude or store where everybody is following the lead attitude which was horrible attitude and not double checking the orders not giving the courtesy of telling us that are order is not complete please wait and don't drive off this is something that is doesn't need to be said this is just customer service which is horrible here this lady should not work at Chick-fil-A because she does not walk in the Chick-fil-A attitude that I've always seen in San antonio.

Overcooked chicken! My sandwich was almost burnt to a crisp and took a long time to get. Not worth the hype over here.

This place is a dang mess. Behind the counter is very dirty, and the staff are almost always bickering behind the counter. It is very unprofessionally ran and needs new management in the worst way. Might as well be in a Popeyes or Whataburger as far as the way the employees act.

I've been going to this Chick-fil-A for a very long time. The people here are always awesome and the service is always great! They are doing a little Reno right now but you wouldn't be able to tell because it's kept very clean!

Nothing ground shattering to say. The order was slightly off from what was requested. They made it right so all is well.

Often pretty crowded. Just remember that it doesn't have a drive thru. Not a good experience to see the end of the line right at the entrance, but the food quality is pretty much the same as other locations.

Great experience for as busy as this place gets. They are on top of it all with great customer service.

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The place is kept very clean. I come here a lot, because I work in the mall, and I almost always see the same busser/staff. He is very nice and truly cares about the customers, offering to clean up, and goes out of his way to create the best possible customer service experience. He works very hard. Shout out to Chayne, who I'm thankful every time I come.

I had a great experience here and Jeremiah in the front lobby was very polite will be going back again just because this guy gave me a good experience

And the food just didn't seem to be up to the same standard as most Chick-fil-A's

What a horrible restaurant. Poorly managed, staff members laughing about how badly they were messing up everyone’s orders. Customers were so upset. Here’s a photo of our carry out order which they dropped on the floor, then left out half our food.

Chick-n-Strips "Alliens", the worst! Place looks as dirty as a gas station restroom

Nice place, but the quality of food is bad. They served us a chicken sandwich with a badly cooked chicken (it was like chewing a piece of plastic wraped in an old bread!). The only good thing there is the ice cream.and the frosted lemonade.

Feel food option, but both times I went there people were receptive and place was being cleaned after every client.we even received table service offering refill to the drinks.pretty cool for a fast food

Worst run Chick Fil A ever. I stood at the counter for five minutes while all the teens behind the counter chatted. Finally, one girl stepped up to take my order. Not what you expect from Chick Fil A.

The location was great, the moment we found out Chick-fil-A was there, boom.a sweet tea! Yeah that just happened, it was a hot day, there were a few smiles but sweet tea made it all better. Thanks.

While at work it's nice to pop in for a fresh salad. The restaurant has been clean every time I stop in for lunch. Everyone but Todd has been kind and helpful. Just this one guy wears headphones, ignores us, doesn't engage, very dismissive and rude to customers. It's not hard to acknowledge someone when they say thank you.
Other than the one bad apple, the rest have been great. Food has been fresh and the salads are great.
