19This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A and the food and service was super good! I love how they make their sweet tea, not too sweet but not too bitter. Will definitely come back.
Service was great as always. Only drive thru was open, which was a bummer because eating in the car is not comfortable. They have tables outside but were wet and dusty. Over all though, food and service were great
Dining room was closed and drive thru line was long. I ordered using the app. Despite being super busy on the Saturday night the staff was polite and I received my order quickly.
No in-restaurant dining, yet this is the worst ChikFilA drive thru in the country. Impossible.
I have never seen a longer line of cars in a drive through than what I saw when we pulled up to this CFA. I was ready to go somewhere else but my kids assured me the line would move quickly and they were right. I don't know how CFA does it but their effiency as moving customers through the drive through is incredible. Great food as well of course.
Good food, but poorly laid out drive-thru for a Chick-fil-A. Get ready to spend a bit of time here if you use the drive-thru.
Always busy but fairly fast. Food is always on point. The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare to navigate. I've never been treated poorly here and they've never screwed up an order of mine. A very rare trait in the fast food world
I love Chick-fil-A. The only reason I took a star off is because of the location. It is so hard to get in and out of this one. The staff was friendly as always and they were fast.
Service is always good and fast. BUT I don't understand why the inside is still closed. Sometimes I just want to go inside and eat and not eat in my car.
This Chick Fl A is not efficient. Only has 1-2 people taking orders during a busy time of the day. I had 4-5 cars pass me while I was waiting in the other line for them to take my order.
Also I counted 6 chick fl a workers outside but only 1 is taking orders and one is directing traffic️
Stopped in to grab a chicken biscuit and I was very disappointed. The biscuit was smooshed and the paper that it was wrapped in was torn. It appeared as if it had been at the bottom of someone's bag. This was the first bad experience I had ever had at Chick-fil-A.
The line can be long but it moves very fast, and they always have my order correct each time ️.
I love how any Chick-fil-A all over the place is always great! Keep it up! Every local is amazing and worth it anywhere we go!
Not a good area. Lines are ALWAYS wrapped around, slowest location, leaving is a hassle as you have to wait on ANOTHER line. Food is good but cold by the time you even are able to leave.
While the set up at pretty much all chick fil a's is awful this one is just IMPOSSIBLE. An accident waiting to happen. The curbside spaces are so tiny it's hard to be in the lines while also be able to get out of your car. There's cars who use it to cut through the shopping center. So you also have cars honking at you the entire time you're in line to get in. And also people who use the curbside spaces to do Starbucks pickup. There is simply not enough room for all those different lanes of traffic. And on top of that the wait is LONG. I typically wait about ten minutes for my one item.
They probably need to revamp their parking lot.all other Chik Fil A's have multiple lanes and their chicken taste cooked all the way through. This location appears to sacrifice that 30 secs of cook time to move the one line that wraps around the building.
It's the small details that make the meal! A simple missing item like lemon in your drink and a salad with no salad dressing will pretty much ruin he entire experience. I understand it's busy but when your order taker and representative that physically hands you the meal repeat your order, implying it has been quality checked, and it's still missing items is very off putting and leads to a lack luster experience.
HORRIBLE! We had to wait in line for 20 minutes and we were told to pull forward to wait even longer for our order. We got two yogurts and chicken minis. All of the staff members we felt with were extremely rude! Do not go!
