16I suppose the economy down turn and the cost of food causes even the best of business to economize. The chicken sandwich was disappointing.
Food and service are always amazing! They were super busy but still had my food come out at a reasonable time
This place I always give thumbs up because I have no where else to compare. As a customer I am highly spoilt, every time I come to this place I feel like I am at the Royal kitchen where all the servants are there waiting for the diplomatic envoys.
Rude customer service at the front would not let me pick up my doordash order unless I waited in a 20 min drive through line.
Manager is very rude and will not allow doordashers to pick up in store. Forcing doordash drivers to sit in a 30 minute long drive through line. Terrible service.
Pretty typical Chik-fil-a, but I mean that as a compliment. I've never really been to a bad Chik-fil-a and this one certainly lives up to that standard.

This Chick-fil-a is constantly busy but somehow I always leave the drive-through quickly and with fresh food. All the individuals that work here are amazing and always greet me with a smile. Their customer service is unmatched!

While they’re service is friendly and quick, everytime I go through the drive through, they without fail always forget my condiments and straw!

Haven't been in quite awhile to this location, was my go to when kids were little after daycare. Well organized drive-thru and curbside now!
The manger here is horrible. I have had multiple issues with ordering online and they come out asking for. 3 cents more. 10 cents more. She has zero problem solving skills and says no one is above her besides the owner. So I’m hopeful the owner sees this. I was spoken to with zero respect. Drive further over to the other location! You will be happy you did.
Sandwich was overcooked and nowhere to park. Fifteen parking spaces is not enough for that area and population. The staff was friendly and courteous.
