Chick-fil-A, Mesquite TX

They missed up on my order and I called them. They said they would replace it. I got the team member name. The next day the owner called me to make sure I got my order repaired. I never had a owner call me before so I was impressed and I told him I would always be a customer at his store.

Told me they don’t do well done chicken at this particular location never heard of anything like this in my life zero stars if I could put it!

The service just so happened to be fast on this day, cause it was dead. It's in a mall so that's the atmosphere. And it's chicken, it's kinda finite.

Useless/Dangerous Chick fill A location.

The people who work in this restaurant are evil. I bought a huge order of salad around 7: 50 pm on Saturday 03/04/2023 and they messed up the food.

I got home with the food only to realize that they didn’t include dressing in the salad even though I specifically requested for ranch dressing. The salad was bland and so ugly. I had no choice but to throw the food away. Even the drinks I ordered were messed up.

I believe the mad people who work there did this on purpose.
And I pray that God punishes them for making me waste my time and money

I am not a fan of this particular Chick-fil-A. Management is absolutely horrendous. I have heard and seen the manager, Tony, berate his employees. He is completely condescending and careless. The resulting atmosphere in the employees attitude and behavior manifests his demeanor. They are not happy. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as a whole but this particular location has completely forgotten about the Corporate's Core Values and Culture. I try to make this location a last resort when visiting Town East Mall.

In the years I have been going here.it was never a bad experience.
ALSO BRING BACK THE BREAKFAST CHICKEN BAGEL!

Never a fan of managers discussing employees performance in front of customers and behind the employees back with the other employees. So unprofessional on so many levels. He should know better!

Chick-Fil-A is unique than most fast food. The fast drive-thru, the service, the respect their employees have for their customers, and the fact that they are closed on Sundays as a day to rest and worship. The always make everyone feel welcomed. Their food is always warm and ready to eat and they have a lot of options.

I don’t understand why some people stay unhappy at a job and take it out on the customer. I went here a week ago. And an employee in the front named Jennifer with glasses, dark and light brown highlights was very rude. Most of the time I go here employees are efficient. With this girl it just looked like she was OVER IT. Very rude personality. No Smile just very very bland like don’t be in my face kind of attitude. I was asking her questions about some of the stuff on the menu and she was annoyed. Anyways probably won’t be back I was made very uncomfortable. If you don’t like a job you don’t have to stay there sweetheart, don’t take it out on the customer.

Everytime i go there as a door dasher, i get ignored at the pickup counter even when there's 4 people standing around behind the counter.very frustrating!

Horrible experience
under cooked chicken and the fries are gross! They just re heat them.

This is the most horrible experience I ever had with Chick-fil-A! I ordered over $30 worth of food and they messed up my order and got everything wrong. Once I got home and noticed it, I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and the young lady that answered the phone started speaking to someone in the background, told me to hold, then hung up dead smack in my face. I tried calling back multiple times and they kept forwarding my calls! Horrible customer service! You don’t treat customers like that! I will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would!

The chicken strips had a sour taste to them and the crust was just. Awful
I eat here often and I love the franchise. So I don't know what it was but the strips were horrible

Got the kids the nugget meal with waffle fries and they loved it. The food was cooked when I ordered so it was good and fresh. Happy grandma

Always eat here I'm always in the mall. Nice friendly people, hot fresh food pretty fast service but sometimes slow because they get busy.

Salads always fresh which is why I go there. Personal favorite, Market Salad with Apple Cider vinaigrette. Yummy!

Deserves less than one star, but had to give at least one to be able to post this. The "owner" of this franchised Chick-fil-A is Sam Wallace and he is a thief and a terrible person. The quality of food was horrible when I went and he refused to give me a refund for soggy bread, burnt chicken, and undercooked fries. What a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. This store needs to be closed before more damage is done to America's favorite chicken sandwich restaurant! I plan on reporting his poor customer service and food quality all the way up to corporate. It's good people speak out against bad service & quality, corporations will be forced to LI$TEN!

Bad experience I worked 10 years for
chick fil a and I didn't treated customers like this manager treated me.even I worked for this operator.
He may not have an idea what this girl is doing.

I rarely come here even when I’m at the mall. I chose to eat here today and it took 15 minutes to even receive my order! The manager was talking and laughing with other employees skipping my order. She gave everyone else their order that came AFTER me. I won’t be returning.
