Chick-fil-A, Dallas TX

I mean it's Chick-fli-A so you know the food is always good and the service is always fantastic. I recommend that other fast food places get a lesson in staff training for Chickfla!

Great food, they ask all the right questions when ordering but if they ask what sauces and I say Chick-fil-A sauce and ketchup I would like to get those things. They even had time at the window to check my order as they were chatting. I sat there as I waited but not one condiment I notice this happens in the mornings alot at this location when they are busy but that isn’t an excuse I am only making this so they are aware this happens often to me so maybe they should take a little more time in the morning.

It's chick-fil-A so it always taste good. Staff is very good and helpful. One server even started speaking in Hindi with me!

I thought it was impossible to have a bad experience at chick fil a but I guess this location proved me wrong. Got my order wrong twice and was still missing items and the salad was nasty… two salads one folk

I don’t go to this location often. I went today and they forgot my large fries. They’ve turned into McDonald’s. You have to check your bag before you leave. $2.75 for large fries I didn’t get. African lady giving out food and Hispanic girl at the window exchanged faces with each other. African lady just gave me my change without a thank you

I came from another location were service sucked but here it was the opposite, the girl at the front greeted us as soon as we walked in and took our big order with patience, it was for 8 people. She was very helpful and nice to us answering all of our questions and getting everything we ordered correct kudos for her she did an amazing job, she should go teach the other location how to do their job or take lessons on good customer service, well our dinner was great the place is very clean and we really enjoyed it.

I just wanted to take the time and compliment the young lady, Kimberly, who took my order tonight. I don't come here as often, but the last time I was here she took my order and she was just the sweetest. She has a really great attitude, and is always smiling! It's nice to pull in knowing that you'll be greeted w a smile. I stopped coming to this location a while back because it was almost as if robots were taking my order, but I'll definitely be making this my go to cfa.

This specific chick-fil-a seems to be sub-par compared to others.drive through order #6540157 on 4/10/23.

I specifically asked if they had all my order items (5 total) and they literally pretended to count 1,2,3,4,5 and told me at the window they had everything.when i got back and opened the bag, found they had intentionally left 1 of my order items out.unbelievable that they would go to such lengths as to actually pretend to count up my order items and tell me they had put everything in the bag when they knew they didn't.looks like this location has bad employees who literally steal items out of your bag.unbelievable.this is not the chick-fil-a standard that i have found at other chick-fil-a locations

It's very rare that I have an issue with Chick-fil-A. This would be probably my third time going to this location. The first two times were good experiences. But this particular time I went in to place a takeout order and the order taker inside was rude and speaking to the cooks telling them I would not listen about a time weight as if I could not hear her speaking

It was everything you want from a Chick-fil-A. No complaints very clean good service great chicken. Thanks.

They are pretty fast and nice but have lowers standards compared to other locations main reason being the fries were filled half the cup sizes see pictures

Food is delicious but expensive. Portions are small. Seems everything is going up and up and merchandize is shrinking. I really couldn't say anything about atmosphere (more like n/a).

The food is good quality but nothing extraordinary. You can take advantage of the website or app and order im advance. You can also get a seat and order from your phone. The staff will kindly serve you.
