Dad was awesome cool dude to have conversation very nice and took care of us /drink refills/and made sure we were over all satisfied we will be back keep up the good work

Went to drive thru was skipped by employee so I drove up to window to place order for 1 grill chicken egg white sandwich. & was refused service by Manager Maria C.she was rude & told me I couldn’t place my order at the window it didn’t matter that I was skipped & refunded my money after I had already paid the other employee at the window. Then proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else then shut the window. I waited & asked for corporate or complaint number and then she opened the window again then she told me to look it up online. She didn’t apologize and tell me to have a nice day until after I retrieved the number and initiated my call to the corporate office. I’m very disappointed at the treatment I received. I don’t recommend this location to anybody.

Want to put service for zero. I seen all these people get their food before me. I wasn’t approached by anyone. All I got was a salad and a drink. Seen a few workers walking around doing nothing. Probably the last time I come here.

Long waits in line, workers standing around not helping. Very unusual for chick fil e. Last time we come to this location.

Nasty food was cold and made wrong! Very rude in the drive thru! Walked managers just standing talking to each other! So mad just left

I go to chic fil a everyday, can't go wrong with it. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place needs a better system or manager not sure which one. I ordered what I do ALL THE time & I go to the midland location.well what was my fault I should have checked my order.was on my lunch break ended up being late back to work due to them getting multiple orders wrong at the window, I get to work and I have no ranch for my salad, I had a peach or whatever tea, I've let it go.because I understand things happen.so I decided to just ask for point on my account & it's now going on 2 weeks and I've not got a refund nor points from Paula who stated she would get me takin care of.
This chic fill a is one I won't go back to.
I've called 3 times and every time Paula tells me she's gonna get it done. Food is not cheap

I went in for breakfast and stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to the register. There was one lady there but she said she didn’t know how to use the register. She tried to get someone to attend me but no one ever came.

Can't say about the atmosphere cause I go tru the drive-in. But I love the fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce.

I only go through drive through and I feel for the employees as I work out in the oil field and do feel bad there isn't a way they have a cooling system other than water or drinks.

But as for the service those outdoor employees give, it's amazing, through sweat they still have always got my order right and I think they take pride in making sure the lanes go as fast as possible and they are very informative if you don't know what you want, they give great recommendations.

My girls love their food since I moved to Odessa in April, it is their go to above everything and place else and no lie their "nuggets" outmatch any other (also try it with their Chick-fil-A sauce. And their waffle fries taste like McDonald's but bigger and don't dry out near as quick.

Great restaurant friendly staff and good food. I had gotten my food quick and the restrooms were very clean

Can't say I've ever had a bad or even subpar experience at any CfA. This location has very nice kids working there. They were fast and friendly. The food is always good!

Ordered a chicken sandwich through drive through with some hot sauce packets.so didn't give me any sauce or napkins

Always good food. Have never had any problems with employees. Even the kids working out in the heat all day have a smile and are fast to greet and tend to your order.

Bad service manager bald head and glasses he dont pay attention to workers and customers the worker gave me the wrong food and very nasty place all the tables are dirty and the floors are greasy he noticed what happened and he acting like nothing happened

Always great my husband loves their Cobb Salad I always get the spicy deluxe I do miss their Watermelon Mint though that was bomb. The new white Peach tea is definitely yummy.

How does Chick-fil-A run out of chicken stripes and nuggets at noon? And we waited in line forever to be told that.

Slowest Chick-fil-A on 42nd Street in Odessa. They need more employees! Catsup and Buffalo sauce clearly on ticket but not put in bag. Lady ordering with iPad couldn’t take order accurately. My restaurant where I lived could give lessons.

Not your typical chik fil a. Poor service. Took forever. Got our order wrong. This is my first non 5 star rating of a chick fil a.

Orders are never right. Just this morning, I ordered breakfast for three. No orange juice, no honey, no jelly and no sauce, all requested, ordered on line, and nothing. Absolutely SORRY!

Chick fa la stops serving breakfast at 10: 30, and i had ordered breakfast through the app at 10: 15, and showed up to the establishment around 10: 29. And when I went to get my food they told me I was unavailable to get my food because it was past 10: 30, even though I had placed my order way before that time. Unbelievable
