16Drive through was slow - we had two different vehicles in our group, neither got the correct order. Each vehicle had 2 out of 4 meals missing or incorrect.
Anthony was awesome did above and beyond had a great personality and made my day and was very helpful went above and beyond
I wanted a southwest salad with regular cold chicken, not spicy chicken. I picked it up to have for my lunch today. The drive through was really busy last night, so I went in. Had a manager take my order, and I requested the cold grill chicken instead of the spicy chicken. Once before, I was given a cut up breaded chicken piece so I reiterated the fact I wanted regular cut up cold chicken. She showed it to me in the bag. Told her it looked fine. Opened it up at lunch time today and what i had been given was a regular salad with shredded cheese. They had put the tortilla strips and bag of pepitos in my bag.but no southwest salad. No corn, no black beans. Looks like it was just easier for her to grab a regular salad and hoped I wouldn't notice. What a disappointment.
Service was fast and friendly. Our order was accurately filled and very enjoyable, especially for fast food. Beyond that, the restaurant was clean. We came in hungry and left with happy tummies, all within the time span of about 45 minutes.
Worst place ever when they charge for a plastic bag when you ask. Since they said they have been told not to give plastic bags it doesn’t matter if you have more than 5 paper bags to carry. Seems like all these plastic bags what I saw sitting there going to employees home to use as a trash bags. And let’s not forget they said it cost us money. If they really do cost you guys money then why make them if you don’t even want to give out and make customers life easier. I am done with you guys I am spending money to get a food that includes bags if I required.
For the first time ever for me I spent 20min in the drive through waiting to place my order my Fries and Sandwich was not hot not the Normal thing at the Lord's Chicken I know you will fix what ever the cause of this problem is I have faith in that
Always hot food, fries are never old or stale and the sweet tea is always excellent. Team members are always smiling and they have excellent customer service. Sit down restaurant quality service at fast food price
Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! Omg! I was asked to pull forward and I was still blocking people, so I pulled into the parking Infront of the line (as a worker watched me do it and I sat staring at the door) Then waited 15 minutes on my food. It literally was fries and a breakfast sandwich. After pulling a 12 hour shift on no sleep the whole day prior I just wanted a quick meal so I could get some rest. Ugh.
They put the online and take out rack in the worst place possible, it's in the way of people ordering food at the counter and to leave you have go past the rack which will have several people waiting for to go orders, someone is going to trip and get hurt.
Good food but when they ask you about items and forget to put them in your bag…. It’s freaking annoying and no one has time to go back and wait in line, I get people make mistakes but damn. I mean why ask us if we want something in our order and then not put it in there…? Simple things like napkins and the condiments you make us order at the menu….
No straws for drinks. No ketchup for the fries. No napkins. No spoon for the shake. No spoon for the ice cream.
And missing one of the drinks.
But the food was great because we were really hungry.
I asked the person taking the order for ketsup and honey mustard for my sandwich and waffle fries. Nothing in the bag! How hard is that people? !
Im sorry but chickfila with and unpleasant employee? !? I was shocked.

The hell cat Karen hung up on us, not chickfila material.
We placed an online order and were missing some of our order.okay annoying but when we called to talk to someone the rude woman who answered on the call asked us for a receipt number then proceeded to demand us a receipt numer but refused to tell us where it was located. All she could tell us it wasn't on the sticker on the bag but we never received an actual receipt then proceeds to hang up on us. I'd rather have dealt with McDonald's they have much better help, consumer service overall experience!
It was good. We got to eat some fries and nuggets. The nuggets tasted a little harder than usual, but not raw or anything. Still tasted delicious.
As usual, my chicken strips were delicious. Cooked to perfection. Waffle fries, always hot, delicious, and salted just right.
Food is always fresh, hot, and fast. I love that they have a indoor playground for my little ones!
