Chick-fil-A, Houston TX

I've been going to chick-fil-a for years. Everything's always been pleasant. They never forget to give you anything, however this location always forget something; folk, straw, jelly etc sad

Went through the drive-thru, took a good minute to get the food and order came out wrong. The fries are overly salty as well.

This location is extremely disorganized. Every time I come to this location, they get my order wrong or my order takes forever and everyone in line ends up waiting forever. I’ve never had this experience at another chick fil a. I’m not sure what happened with their training or what made them qualified to open a chick fil a.

Rude and unprofessional staff. They didn’t give me half of my order and when I got home I realized it was incomplete. Don’t bother calling the phone number listed…as it’s not in service. I proceeded to call corporate. Later the so called Manager by the name of Brianna called back to call me a liar. She claims she checked the surveillance video. Who would lie about food in their order missing? Ma’am…I’m not poor. I just wanted a decent meal but instead I got disgusting cold, stale food and just half of it because according to her I’m a liar. $30 down the drain. Worst experience ever. Will never step foot here again. Stay away from this place.

Next time put a fork in the bag so that I can actually eat my Mac& Cheese. That's kind of basic.

I go to this location often. I order in app and my food is ready when I arrive and they have never made me wait.

The line was super long and the lane I was in was super slow. It even took longer to get my food to me. My 1st time visiting this location (Kirby and Main). Not sure if I'll be back. This location is like a Whataburger drive thru, slow.

The food was great, disappointed to see the American flag hanging inches from touching the ground. Guess the men and women that stand up to defend American aren't appreciated.

My order was wrong, this is drive-thru only and there are no tables outside so that you can eat your food so we were forced to have a picnic on the grass. When we were done, there were no trash cans so we left our trash on the ground. The customers here are also rude and ran into a misogynistic man from a certain arab country who was picking up an order and completely disregarded the fact that we were placing our order to ask for his. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to in my entire life.

This is the worst chick Fil a in Houston. Service is slow. Wrong or missing items multiple times. I must reiterate that the line takes FOREVER esp compared to other locations. It's taking so long that I have time to write a review while waiting.

Never seen a patty this tiny.it's smaller than biscuit.looks like a little bigger than chicken nugget.is this something new.hope not

Very slow and the spite was carbonated water. I actually surprised. Never had any trouble with no other chick fil-a

This is a Drive Thru ONLY location. There is NO inside dining. Although it is on their marquee in small letters, there should be a MUCH LARGER sign saying that.

You all need to work on your customer service. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail waited about 20 minutes for a very simple order. Holcombe location has you beat customer service wise. Do better.
