Chick-fil-A, San Angelo TX

This was definitely the slowest Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to (over 30 minutes from placing our order to actually receiving it). The manager (I’m assuming) was very nice and the food was okay I just don’t know that I’d take the time to park and go in and expect a fast experience. I also thanked the nice girl for my order and she said “yep! ” instead of “my pleasure” and I gasped in horror (kidding).

This place is okay but it seems like people who order online get better treatment than people who go in to eat in the restaurant

I love Chick Fil A, but the one on Sunset mall it is so slow, they took so long to have your order ready and when finally is ready most of the time they forget something.

Great place to eat! We had some issues with their dumb app rewards. They should really design a better user experience with ordering using rewards. Currently, you select your rewards, process them on the app, order your food separately, and then scan your rewards and hope everything matches. If it does not match, it could be due to a weird way the food was rung up or because the customer misunderstands what they selected on the app.

In any case, I expect a much better customer experience from such a pro customer business. CFA, let me know if you need some help. I own a business consulting brands on improving their processes. I am happy to offer some free advice if it means a more efficient ordering experience since I order from you so much.

They were on it, for a fast food meal, they conducted their business like all business should.the kitchen and tables were clean and the service was impressive. Good job.

20 min wait for 2 sandwiches its crazy! Wasted the whole lunch break waiting and can't even eat it! I'm not sire what happened could be the new owners but they need to figure out how to get that wait time down!

Great food, nuggets hit the spot as well as the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich! Plenty of space to sit and eat and enjoy your food!

Well this is my first time in this restaurant, the service at front is great but they forgot the plastic wear, I ordered 2 market salad and they also forgot the ingredients nuts and seeds, and the blue cheese, for both salads, and the chicken breast it’s different then the ones in DFW

A kid named Jheu took our order and was the rudest kid ever. Acted like we were an inconvenience and rolled his eyes repeatedly

Terrible service. I shouldn't have tipped the driver what I did. He was ridiculously dismissive. We were missing two fries and a large drink. We told the driver we were missing food, and he shrugged and said, "Well, that's what they gave me. " He got in his car, and he drove away. I called the restaurant and asked them to deliver me what I was owed. I gave the girl my name and address and they NEVER SHOWED UP. I'm just mind blown. How do you have such a high rating with such terrible service? You should be ashamed.

I've always liked Chick-fil-A in the mall. Just about the only original place in the mall. Went there as a kid and still going there at my 40s.

Service isn’t the same as it used to be and takes forever to serve food even if you order ahead

This location here in San Angelo just made my day! I’m obsessed with the Cobb Salad and the other location will not make it to my liking.
