This is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to.

The wait is long. My order is always wrong. The quality is sub par. My chicken on the egg white breakfast sandwich was the size of a nugget. The muffin was burnt.

My kids love the food but the msg keeps me from enjoying it! Please consider taking MSG out of your chicken. Great milkshakes & cookies!

It’s absolutely insane to me how the employees here manage to get my salad order wrong EVERY time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Even though it said the store was open on online and the app, they were closed when we got to the store. I had already made an online order and according to the app it was already being made, which was a lie because there was nobody inside the chik-fil-a.and to add to this issue, it wouldn’t even let us refund our order. I arrived there an hour before the closing time listed on the app and the website, so it wasn’t like I was picking up my meal last minute. I am so disappointed with this service and chik-fil-a needs to get their hours straight because this wasted my time and money.

Got it to. Servers brought my sandwich to me as I was behind several cars waiting. Great food, service & founders of Chic - A - Filet!

After waiting 23 minutes in line for the Friendswood Drive-Thru party that the operator advertised via email, an employee runs out to then tell me I had to leave my space in line to then join another line that would have caused me to wait another 30-45 minutes just to order! Mind you, I called the restaurant three times while waiting to notify them it may be helpful to have an employee directing traffic, but nobody answered and the voice-mail box was full. This "party" is extremely unorganized, a waste of time and disappointing, to say the least. Anthony Baragas, thanks for this most unpleasurable, "can't wait to see us there" experience.

Just avoid this CFA and go down to the one in Pearland instead, it's about 7 minutes away. Consistently getting the wrong items or missing items. Their way of making it right is to credit you for a next visit, which defeats the purpose of getting food in the first place. Can't blame it on being new location anymore, they just can't get their stuff together.

Had our son's birthday there and the staff did a really great job of taking care of us. The food was great, and the kids had a blast with the jungle gym. Thank you Chick fil a for helping make my son's birthday a memorable one

Good food and good service, but only when you go through the drive thru or sit down inside. Curbside customers have to wait too long. You can walk in and get your food to-go faster than placing order in the app and picking up curbside.

Saw 2 people that ordered the same amount of food after us get their food before us. Too many people on break at the same time, leaving those "in training" with no help to speed up the process. Forgot drinks at time of order. Asked for dine in and they gave it to us in a bag. No leadership in sight.

I did not get what I ordered. They seemed too busy talking, playing around and on their phones than waiting on the customers. This was in the evening time, after 6pm

I am frequent customer and typically receive good food & service. Unfortunately my drive thru order today for bowl of soup and beverage was disastrous. Initially my beverage leaked all over my shirt as drink lid not seated correctly. Same with soup.what a mess. The soup bowl appeared defective as well & had crease on one side and about one third of contents spilled out into bag.even crackers were saturated. What a disappointment. What was left of soup was amazing

Drive thru has always been great. Dine in even if its slow it can take forever. Waited 20 minutes for a shake that never came. Went back in line for a ice cream for my daughter, took about 15 min just to get to front when only 2 couples in front of me. They put trainees in the front who dont know how to use the POS system and cant fins the buttons. Then theres always a bunch of teens standing around looking like they dont know what task to do and no one helps the person at the register who cant find the.buttons. They have a nice indoor playground that is well maintained, why we eat inside a lot despite the troubles.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive through. The cashier gave her best small talk for the first five minutes at the window, bless her heart. But when it got too long they had me pull forward. I know stuff happens, but after I wait 15 minutes for a drive through sandwich, it should at least come HOT! By the time they walked it out to me it was barely warm.

I ordered a pimento cheese sandwich with no chicken through the drive thru. Recieved my order with only bun. I went inside to correct my order. The team were VERY nice in trying to correct. After explaining my order, I then recieved my new order. It consisted of only jalapeños on the buns. I did get 3 packets of honey and a small container of pimento cheese on the side. Very disappointed in the understanding of a pimento sandwich without the chicken. Again, the staff were very nice.

Sad small piece of chicken. This shrinkflation is getting out of hand. The last two orders were bad but this time was the worst.

Recommend using the app to order. Line can be slow at the drive thru. Dining room is clean, but uninspiring and rarely used.
