Chick-fil-A, Rockwall TX

I always have a great experience at this location but I typically go through the drive thru, today I decided to eat in and I’m glad I did. Carlie, was amazing we got our food and she had noticed we didn’t have our drinks and proceeded to to make sure we got everything. While this may seem like a small task & just part of her job description not a lot of people have customer service these days. Keep up the wonderful customer service hun! You deserved the review

Chick fil a is always good. If for whatever reason you have never had chick fil a. You need to change that now.

Just left the drive thru Lane #1 at 7 AM this morning, the girl who took my order is phenomenal. I did not get her name although, her voice is super kind & very professional. I actually came yesterday as well and placed my drive thru order with her in Lane 1 again. Please recognize her.

Chick fil a has apparently issued a corporate edict that all their food must be undercooked and served raw. Just another reason to hate them, even if you set aside all the bigotry.

Literally spent over $20 on a 30 piece McNugget just to drive 25 minutes home to realize they were out of the bag and not there. Those are for my two year old and pregnant wife and now they have nothing to eat so I had to go out again because Chick-fil-A closed at 10.great job

Fries undercooked and they won’t make them crispier, but they need to learn they need to be completely done and not still white colored. Ridiculous for the amount of money you spend they won’t cook the fries well done. It’s all about how fast they can move you and their profit!

The management and workers at this location are amazing. It's way better than the Ridge Road location. I will go to this location over the other extremely rude management location ANY day!

I love this location! The line is never too long, it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff. I much prefer this location over the one off Ridge Road.

Always good as usual. They are consistent throughout their chain, they always have high standards and delicious food! Kids will always eat their chicken nuggets. You can always count on the drive through to be quick and courteous, even if the line wraps around the building, you still get your food super quick. For fast food this is as good as it gets.

I love the grilled chicken nuggets. Of course you have to have the "crack" sauce.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A BUT as I sit here in the drive-thru, this is the worst chick-fil- A on timeliness and accessibility. I've never waited 30 minutes in line at Chick-Fil-A or any other fast food restaurant because there's normally a way out instead of getting "trapped" in line. There were also no team members outside taking orders. The line is very long. I'm definitely going to be late for work today. This restaurant is normally my go- to when I'm running a tight schedule.not today: (
