Chick-fil-A, Sulphur Springs TX

Just an Ok experience. My to go order wasn’t correct and I didn’t know it until I was a few miles away.

This chick fil-a is so clean and Laura is super sweet to everyone and makes sure you have what you need! No one anywhere has that kind attitude nowadays! What a nice treat!

What a horrible experience passing through town. The order was nested up but I didn't address that issue because having to deal with the disgruntled employee at the window wasn't easy.
We ordered and didn't get the sauces and went back through and I asked if she was always rude.
She says is that all you need in a rude manner.
The order was wrong but I wasn't going back again to deal with that.
It is so sad that Chik-fil-A has changed so much and isn't like it use to be.

Had multiple items of order wrong and hung up on when calling and notifying manager. Really bad.

The VERY nice worker Laura, does a great job and even keeps the place clean when it is packed full. She does an awesome job, I love her!

Laura is the sweetest. It’s a crazy busy place but Laura brings joy and so very helpful. So glad to have her back! Great location

Very busy, friendly staff, food was less than expected. Had not visited in years and will not return

I'd like to let the owner know that the managers were chit-chatting with each other and nobody was helping the drive-thru. The young man who was filling drinks was on the phone and walk into the hall-way and my food just sat there getting cold. I was very disappointed in staff. Nobody would "look" at me sitting in the drive-thru until I hollered to ask if anybody was going to get me my food.
