Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

We never had issues with this location until now I spent $50 they forgot half of my order and when called the store had a female on the phone which was nice about then put on the management who was a guy didn't even say his name says what happen told him and he goes well all I can do is next time you come well give it to you.im like I live 5mins away why can't I just go pick it up.then he goes well ummm I guess you can do that.very bad service

I don’t understand why they are stingy with fries. It happens when I order delivery which sucks so much.

Their awesome! Food is delicious, service is excellent, and even though they have long lines it moves quick.

Food is never fresh and hot anymore.
Things have really gone down hill since the pandemic.

Although they are always packed and very very busy, they are timely and always accurate with my order. Love their service.

I will always love Chick-fil-A. The only flaw at this restaurant is the weak/watery coffee, which I only order once in a blue moon.

Today my order was incomplete. So I called and they said they was coming to bring me they forks and rest of my order.waited 20 mins.they never showed up.left with whatever I had.it was cold and raining thats the only reason I didnt get out of the car to go get it myself.soo dissapointed!

They haven't been open all week, due to the winter storm we have been through. Opened today, and drive thru service was great and pretty quick!

It Chick-fil-A its consistent goodness across any location. Fast service with a smile and its always "My Pleasure"

Always professional but melissa supivisor wked my last nerve tonight
I was not given sauces and fries were undercooked she told me she would deliver sauces to my house. I explained that my order wasn't complete and I wanted a remake. She laughed. Im not the kind of person to need a remake if it was done correctly the 1st time and understand mistakes can be made. Her treatment of a customer had no service at all. She kept telling me she would bring the sauce to me. Uggh well i guess i will wait here at hm 20.min for fresh cold fries and a sauce that should have been done originally. By the way she insisted that she would replace what she wanted not what i requested.yeA Melissa nite time manager.im giving you some sauce that i didnt get.ohh she didnt know regional managers name or store managers either.lets see how corporate feels

Can't wait until the lettuce comes in. I have been missing my cobb salad with two avacado dressings

Chick fil a is life (lol), but I don’t love this location. I was treated poorly by a staff member and it’s stuck with me. I only ever go to this location if it’s on my way to my destination and if I’m doing curbside.

I hate having to do this in the drive-through, but for anyone who can not eat cheese make sure you check your sandwich before you leave. They mess this up almost every time.

They are fast and courteous with a smile. Food comes hot and fresh. Inside and outside this restaurant is always clean.

Friendly employees. Love their salads. Tried their chicken sandwich for the first time, too greasy for my taste. Will stick with the salads.

Super well organized. Smack in the middle of lunchtime they had 3 lines for the drive thru and no wait at all inside. Everything was fresh, hot and the frosted coffee was delicious!

They are always fast and get my order right no matter how busy they are! What I like most is their customer service! They are very customer oriented and should be an example across San Antonio for excellent customer service at a fast food restaurant!

Always a great experience, the staff is very friendly. We come at least twice a week, no problems whatsoever & the food quality is always on point!:)

Went to this place twice, and each time they have gotten my orders wrong. One order when I got home and realized that I didn't have half my order, I called to speak to manager who basically insulted me by telling me "how I know you didn't eat it already? " Really, I had just paid over $40.00 for my family meal, and was insulted by not getting what I paid for. Needless to say I will not be returning here again.
