Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

I’ve never had a problem with this chick fil a before but i went today through curbside and it took longer than expected.usually i go and it takes like 5ish mins but this took a while longer ANDDDD other cars that got there after as were getting theirs before, makes no sense.i’m not the one to complain about waiting but to see other cars who clearly had bigger orders was annoying.i was about to drive off as the girl walked out and just stood there and then finally came up to us and asked if it was out food.do better lmao

Update! Here it is again! We had 4 meals and all our fries were half full! Pictures are added. Can we just get our full order of fries! And to top it off the fries were not crispy, seems as if they were half cooked and sat in oil! You can tell in the pictures. I called 2x and no answer. We come to this location very often as we love CFA but fries are rarely full. I noticed there was other reviews on this. (Second part is a review from a few months ago)
I don't understand why when I order a Large fry I get like a small or a medium put in a large insert. Im attaching pictures of what I just received in my order right now. VERY UPSETTING! Its like half full! And this happens often. Smh!

Most people already know that in contrast with many fast food chains, Chick-fil-A's customer service as well as the quality of all its ingredients and sauces is far superior, contains no MSG (monosodium glutamate) and virtually no high fructose corn syrup in any of their salad dressings. The quality of their bread and chicken is up to a higher standard as well. All locations are fairly similar, although some maybe be nicer or larger than others. Chick-fil-A, in general, is a winner despite all the controversy surrounding the views of chairman and executive share holders, with their strict religious views, rigid anti-LGBT perspective (which they have disclosed and admitted to more than once in the past). Their restaurants close on Sundays for (worship day) etc. Of course tattoos and piercings are not allowed. In addition, sources have conveyed that employee hiring is carefully carried out and there is rumor of selectiveness that may be scrupulous, which has brought innuendo, tales and "heresay" that discrimination and foul play is at the heart of all of it from the very top, to the regional management, passed down to each location in the form of prejudgement, selectiveness and other practices.or is it? I don't believe word-for-word everything that is out there, and none of it stops me from eating their food. Chick-fil-A is excellent, and their staff is very friendly and respectful. I have nothing but great things to say about them, but as an impartial, honest and genuine citizen and reviewer, I could not leave lots of this information out; it is relevant and I make emphasis that none of their views have affected me going and enjoying Chick-fil-A. We are here to review their food, friendliness of their staff, customer service, and cleanliness of their locations. Chick-fil-A earns 5 stars.

What can we say. Reat food, service and they have their drive thru service down to a science. Great job!

Their curbside is just as quick and efficient as their drive through. Love the half lemonade and half tea mix. You know the original chicken is the way to go and the waffle fries ofcourse. I forgot how good their Chik-fil-A sauce was. We go to Chik-fil-A maybe every 2 months but we constantly get rewards from their app and reminders. I got a free chicken sandwhich my last visit. Definitely recommend enrolling and ordering through the app is easy.

Ordered a coffee and was told to park in front of the store and waited 30 minutes and no one showed.

Love it! Even though it's always so busy you get your food quickly. The staff is always so friendly and always smiling. Love coming here.

This place stays packed with 2 lines of cars, but they are pretty quick and the food is hot when it comes out!

Asked them to "Lord-size" my fries because nothing is bigger than the lord and the cashier didn't even try to chuckle, but the fries was good. A-

Good food and polite staff. Didnt rate 5 due to how dirty the dining room was. Had more dirty tables than cleans ones, this is not the norm so I was surprised.

Always the best place for great customer service, and the food is always amazing. Definitely can never go wrong with their macaroni.

This is the busiest chick-fil-a but they are great. Very BUSY all the time but you get in and out fast. With the light on Potranco makes getting in and out a little easier. Staff and MGT are top notch

This place can be crowded and the line still moves fast. The food is good and they have plenty of healthy options.

Food great like always, but service took 10 minutes to get a chick nuggets and a parfait they were not busy.

Used the chicfila app for the first time today and when I got home saw that my large fry wasn't filled to the top. Should have only been charged for a medium.

Awesome employees, which is standard for most places. But they are truly impressive because they actually clean their soda fountain. I watched them take it apart in front of me and everything.

Stopped at an Austin area location after being in Europe for 2 weeks. Can't find anything like the Grilled Chicken Club in England, France, Spain or Portugal. It was a great way to welcome ourselves home.

Good chicken wish they weren't affiliated with a religion though, they should be a neutral company
