Chick-fil-A, Irving TX

Hello. I went to the location in Irving, Tx on Macarthur Blvd today and was extremely disappointed to see employees standing in the over 100 degree heat to take orders that a very capable, remodeled, brand new two lane, drive-thru service can take care of. I understand that you guys stay busy, but you should show more care, concern, and compassion for your employees. I spoke with a young lady and she said that her mother is concerned about this as well. As a company, you should definitely do better and I will not purchase anything else until this is changed across the board. I was very upset to see you risking your employees health for orders.not to mention the tackiness of having your credit card machines taped to spatulas.like, come on!

How can you not love them? Even when the drivethru is slammed (which it usually is) you're pretty much in and out of there. Easy menu, quick service, tasty yums.

Precovid, service was fast and efficient. During covid, it has been a hectic of a hassle to get easy orders during peak periods. However, the crowd control is efficient. Food is great.

I love this location they are always very quick and efficient and my order is always correct.
The spicy southwest salad is my favorite thing to order from there.

As of Oct 5th, 2019, this Chick-Fil-A is demolished. There were no signs. Nearby stores aren’t sure what happened or if they’ll rebuild.

This location is super nice, modern and the employees are amazing. All branches are similar but there’s something about this one that’s make it better!

Fast and delicious. They are always packed for lunch yet you still get your order within a reasonable amount of time.

Even with a really long line, this location moves very fast and has never have gotten my orders wrong. It's also very clean and all the staff is all nice and friendly. No complaints and glad to come back!

I LOVE LOVE chik fil a however my last three visits have been incredibly to slow unless you come around lunch. I dont think ive ever been to a slower Chik Fil A not too mention the line that accumulated wasn't acknowledged as there was no one at any of the register's.

Sometimes there is long line inside but it goes fast. There is also long lines in drive-in, but not sure how fast that is. Employees are positive. Love the spicy chicken salad w avacado

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A it is always fresh and the sandwiches are bigger than the other Chick-fil-As. My wife has text me pics on how big these are. The staff is always great. I recommend this one and I will drive the 25 miles from Keller tx to go there.

Never had a bad visit yet.this restaurant chain is definitely top of the line when it comes to quality

All locations seem to be the same. Good chicken. Good sauce choices. Good salads. Food always hot. Staff is the most friendly of any fast good. Instrumental contempary Christian music on the radio offends no one.

If this wasn't the first time it happened I wouldn't be Trippin but the Chick-fil-A on I 635 and MacArthur seems to always get my order wrong or something's missing I don't understand how the first thing you order is not in your bag but everything that goes to it is. I already quit eating because of poor service at McDonald's now I'm Giving Up on Chick Fil-A as well!

I used to love coming here for lunch but NOPE! I went to go get a refill and I saw a roach crawling on the counter under the mobile order sign! Please people do not stop here for food!

Was still breakfast time but they made us lunch combos which were great, fresh and hot. Get the lemonade, it's excellent!

Service was very slow. I overheard some orders not being filled correctly. Food was good as always.

Hot and ready and still on time for work love this location. They are happy at 6am my kinda people!

This chain always seems to have the best staff. Only down side is they are always busy which makes it hard to go more often

Food was good. Employees not very attentive. I shouldn’t have to wait at the front very long to get a refill and it’s not like I wasn’t noticed waiting three employees passed by me and said nothing.
