Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

Halfway through my salad today I noticed something moving around, it was a spider in my food! Called them to let them know and spoke with someone named Gina, she didn’t seem to care and acted like it was no big deal that there was a spider in my food!

Today something really really unexpected happened to me at Chick-fil-A. So this morning i was on the drive through trynna make an order & my car literally stopped, like I couldn’t drive it or turn off my car, I was terrified but an associate called the manager & other workers they came to help me. I was happy & just overwhelmed by their kindness. Small act of kindness makes a big difference in people’s life.such a thing never happened me before & I’ll never ever forget this. Also not only they helped me but the manager also gave me a free breakfast, I felt so blessed by God for everything. I believe God allowed everything to happen for reason & this was just all planned by God. I’m glad I went to Chick-fil-A this morning, by the way I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A since day one. I Thank y’all so much

The female ginger taking order by the drive thru on Monday morning (May 3rd, 2021) was very rude. No response when I said thank you, clearly did not want to be there. She should be inside where customers should not have to experience her bad attitude.

Curbside seemed to take a while. If you're in a hurry, go through drive through. Overall good experience.

Always love how fast they go even when packed. Got the order right, temperature was ok, kinda cold. But overall okay.

Fastest drive thru and friendly staff. Even during rush hour, their organization and communication makes the line go by quick!

Food has gone down in quality. Service is okay. Chicken Sandwich Bread is always soggy and taste is bland. Fries are routinely squished in boxes and not fried all the way. Shakes taste awful. When made manager aware she politely called me a liar when i said food was not good quality. Definitely need some training.

Everything good only problem they are taking too long for delivering the food, even if you order ahead

This chick fil a does not respect customers time, nor honor online orders.

I placed a mobile app order at 10: 15 AM, which is within the breakfast timeframe. I arrived to the drive through right around 10: 30 and was told my order is ready and to hop on ahead. I waited 15 in minutes in line only to be told they couldnt fulfill my order at the window, pretty much a "my bad, it is what it is" kind of response.

Yes, they did refund my money, but it was a huge waste of time. It wouldve been disappointing but less so if i would've known before getting on the drive thru, but making me wait on a slow line is extremely inconsiderate. The cashier offered nothing of value to offset the dissapointment: "you can buy from the lunch menu"

Right, like I want to order from them right after they screwed up.

Who eats lunch at 10: 30 anyway?

Awesome as usual! My only complaint is that i apparently needed to request catsup for french fries!

Classic chick fillea is deluxe chicken sandwich is to die for. Even the Fries and fresh lemonade are very well made. I love it even thought its fast food it’s much better than any other fast food out there.

It's chicken Jim, but not as we know it. Having moved to Texas from the UK, I had no idea what all the hype was surrounding Chick-fil-a. The cow orientated billboard posters always intrigued me. Now I know! This stuff is amazing, and is in a totally different league when compared to those fried chicken restaurants. My favourite is a number 1 entree topped with mayo and Texas Pete hot sauce, YUM!

Nice place.located at medical drive (prime location) San Antonio Texas.food is good and hygiene.service is nice and is beyond our general expectations.keep it up.

Food Great, always very busy. Waiting lines not bad. People always willing to help, and checking if you've been help.

This whole chain is freaking amazing. I've never been to a bad restaurant they're always fast, food is always so damn good and I have never had my order messed up. They're chicken is hands down the best I've ever had.

Always polite my son loves the food and thier ice cream is so delicious and creamy love the cones and shakes here

Was okay but I dined in and parked and when I finished eating it literally took us 32 mins to get out of parking space because we were blocked in

Got breakfast for my gf. She did not die of dysentery. Would be 5 stars if they hadn't ruined my Oregon Trail dreams.

We took my granddaughter to eat and play at Chick Fil A in the Medical Center. The service and quality of the food was great and my little one had a great time playing in the Play area.
