Chick-fil-A, College Station TX

I sat and watched from lane 1 while 20 cars flew through lanes 2 and 3. Lanes 2 and 3 filled up and emptied multiple times while I was sitting there in the heat wondering how the girl taking orders in lane 1 could possibly be so slow at a restaurant with a menu as simple as a tex-mex joint. I finally pull up and say my extremely simple order of a sandwich by itself and she asks "so that was a sandwich only? " So that explains it.she was either high or completely incompetent. She was wearing rings on every single finger.

So fast, efficient and yummy! The line to pick up food is always intimidating at lunch time but really, it goes so fast. I love using their app to order ahead and earn points for free stuff.

I hate to have to give you 1 star but my husband and I just came through your drive thru and ordered grilled chicken sandwiches, the chicken was dry and rubbery and my lettuce was hot and soggy

The Chicken Sandwich was hot and fresh. The employees have changed how they drop off curbside delivery. Great service.

Turn into the parking lot is always a scary situation. Cars coming at you from all sides. There is always a line and the poor workers taking outside orders dont have canopies to protect them from the sun. The wait is brief. Food is always fresh and hot.

The service is always fast and friendly, the line is always quickly moving, and the food is consistently delicious! I'll be returning for more many times in the future!

Just ate here. Food is usually good but service mixed. Today was the worst. I ordered some dessert and when the drink carrier with my milkshakes and ice cream cup came out the ice cream cup had ice cream spilled all down the side and coke drizzled all over the top. I didn’t order coke, so this spilled from someone’s else’s order they were prepping. After mentioning to the gal in the window this issue she said rudely “well we can’t take it back”. We mentioned we didn’t want her to take it back, we wanted a new one (clearly a reference to one not slopped all over and with soda spilled on it). She rudely turned away and demanded a lid and handed it in a “I couldn’t care less” manner to us. Last time I am eating here. Go to the one on Wellborn. The people are nicer.

Fast, efficient and friendly! However, the only time they messed up was when they forgot my honey mustard dressing for my wrap. Not the end of the world though! The food was still fantastic.

I love Chic-fil-a! The food is always great. The Chic-fil-a sauce is the bomb. And, the service is always fast and friendly. They were extremely busy today, and none of this changed. Keep up the good work!

Chick-fil-A is typically always tasty and fresh. This particular restaurant is no different. Worth it a visit

Love, love, love, love this restaurant! I've lived 40+ years up North, outside of Chicago, where Chick-fil-A does not exist; Needless to say, this is an awesome relaxing place to be (for the time I'm their guest, I can forget my troubles and tribulations) which makes the time spent here most worthwhile; On more than one occasion, I have expressed my extreme gratitude for their service; Very, very, very clean, Women's bathroom was well stocked with two - count them, two! (Be still my heart) - paper towel dispensers, restaurant attendants are extraordinarily helpful, doing it all with a smile. Now you know why I love this restaurant.

Was having dinner at this Chick-fil-A today, Zach was very sweet and accommodating in the dining room area. He was super attentive and polite. Great service! Thank you Zach!

We just moved into our home in South CS and needed a quick bite. These ladies complety ROCKED a three-lane drive through during lunch rush. I had my order within 3 minutes. They were very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely be back soon!

Always fast and friendly service. Been enjoying this location for the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience.

Friendly service and good food. One of the few places in college station that has a playground so that's why we eat here.

Best drive thru system in fast food. So quick and the service is what all good joints should strive for. Plus the food came out hot and fresh with no soggy buns. A+ Chick-Fil-A

I mean it's chic-fil-a. Best fast food I can think of. I don't know how they do it, but no matter how long the line they get you through quickly. Thank you for that. The service is always good, please tell me your secret lol.

This is the first time to get a ice cream cone at this location and maybe I shouldn't again. Every other chic fil a location actually gives you a large cone when you order it. I ordered a large cone here and it was so small and it was the training director that made the ice cream cone. Maybe he should be trained. Lol

I love this place. Its clean. Very friendly. Fast too. Drive through can be a little intimidating at times but the wait never seems to be long.
If u do not like your order, they will make it right.

Probably my favorite fast food place they always have the fastest drive through even if its wrapped all the way around the building. Staff is always super friendly and they have great food. Always my go to place for a quick bite.
