Chick-fil-A Four Points, Austin TX

I've never heard of a place say they cannot do no salt on their fries.
When they said we don't do alterations to any of the items, I asked if they sprinkle the salt on afterwards and the lady responded with "yes" so my next question was, can you just NOT sprinkle salt on it and she said "we cannot do that because then we would have to clean the entire fryer".

Anyways, I canceled what I was ordering and only got my kiddo something.

If someone wants to reduce the sodium on their food, that should be okay to do.
This is the problem with places now.

I ordered a spicy southwest salad with NO corn and I am very allergic to corn after eating most of the salad I noticed the corn and my throat could've closed this could’ve been really bad but overall I guess the food was pretty good

Not up to standards of taking orders or getting them out the drive thru!

I need Mac and cheese consistency. Some days it’s on point (yesterday) and then on days like today it’s dry and at least 25% crust. I don’t mind a little crust on top, I do mind when it takes up valuable Mac real estate in the bowl.

The Chick-fil-A at Four Points is my go-to location for fast, delicious comfort food. I love their efficient two order lines, which gets customers in and out without a crazy wait. Despite the speed, the food always comes out hot and fresh. The spicy chicken sandwiches come perfectly breaded with just the right kick, and the waffle fries are crispy outside and fluffy inside. But what really makes this location stand out is the friendly staff. The team members are so polite and enthusiastic, making the quick service experience even more enjoyable. With its prime location, speedy dual lines, consistent food and welcoming staff, the Four Points Chick-fil-A checks all the boxes. For delicious, convenient chicken meals served up with genuine hospitality, this location earns an easy 5 out of 5 stars.

This place is always the best. While the chicken was a little too salty for our liking, the food was fresh, the bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere was as good as it gets for fast food.

Closed before listed time. Came by 3min before close. Automated audio said it was closed. No one answered the menu board.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the probably left the eggs out. I got very ill. A bout of food poisoning no doubt. Never again.

They never miss. Something about Chick fil a hiring process that they get the best employees. My suggestion. I think that ALL fast food places where trained my Chick fil a managers.

Dining room was empty, no line to order, plenty of parking available. Order was taken promptly by a friendly employee. Food came out hot and fast.

As a traveller, it was literally the first time in my life to eat at Chick-fil-A. At this store, everything was perfect! Friendly, helpful staff, clean interior (I dined in), rocket fast delivery of my order. I've had the classic menu. All super delicious, crispy chicken, fries and fresh salad.

The owner of this store does not allow senior discounts as most other Chick-fil-A‘s do.
I guess this one star review will let them rethink things.
