Chicken Express, Arlington TX

Service is always on point and the food is hot. The grandkids like Chicken Express - The "hot chicken place" I wish they had a big kids meal, ie with a leg and strip side and drink.

I order 7 piece tender and they gave me the 4 piece combo. I should’ve checked before leaving. Last time I ordered they forgot my side. I think this is the last time ordering Chicken Express from here. Go to another one they are way better than this one

Food not always fresh seems like they never have food ready or food not as fresh hardly have specials like some of the other chicken Express never have that much business either so food just sits there getting old

I didn't like the mans attitude in the drive thru & my tenders were not fresh I don't approve of the service I was given.

They fell 3 stars short because it's about to be 2023 and they do not take cards with chip or tap

The fish was great but the fried chicke. Was old not fresh tasting should have been trashed.sweet tea was very good and cold! Will maybe go for fish dinner at this place but will EVER get any chicken from this place was very bad

Food was good but Employee didn't know about the special offers that their location offer. I went through the drive-thru and later saw that they had given me a roll instead of biscuit and forgot the gravy even though it was on the receipt.

This is the only Chicken Express location I would purchase from. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The employees are always so friendly and professional. Thank you for always giving me an excellent customer experience️️️

I thought I didn't like chicken express, but this is the best chicken I've has from a fast food joint since moving out here. 5 stars.

Employee at this location @ 1: 50pm was really unprofessional. I had asked for 3 kids meals at the ordering mic. When i get to window before giving him my card i make sure he had my order down right and sure enough he did not. After getting down what i needed i had to wait another few mins just for that order. Besides that when i get home i realize they only put one chicken nugget in combo instead of 2 for my kids meals. How is it that you don’t answer the phone when somebody is trying to complain.

Nasty, burnt, brown greasy chicken. No flavor besides gross old or burnt oil. If I could give zero stars I would. Got a family pack and it's inedible.

I understand shortages, but you gotta let me know when your out. Don’t just give me gravy milk. I left 2 stars because they are usually good and they gave me some good sized chicken to compensate. But still, if you are out, just say so when I pull up.

Yuck. Always has problems. Employees don't care and hate their lives while they take it out on the gross food.

Food was OK, The facility was filthy though.
Only one clean table and trash all over the floor. I understand it’s next to a high school, but that should t be a excuse for it being so filthy

Sunday June 5 went in and ordered 25 spicy tenders family meal, waited about 10 minutes, cooked fresh as I watched. Nothing but perfection when I got home to eat, great employees great cook, great job keep it up, need more people like you, the cashier was awesome friendly and politeand the cook was spot on even with an injured hand. Hats off, dear management please give these two a raise. Thankx

Wow! Greasest catfish I've ever had. Grease leaked through the box. Catfish was limp. Didn't taste all that great either. Green beans were too salty. Could only eat one piece of fish because that's all the sauce I had at home to cover the taste.

I will never come to this location again. I took my two children to get lunch about 5 Mins ago (3/21/22 12: 30 pm) Drive thru worker taking orders was rude. It's hard to hear over the traffic beside you on cooper just FYI.

Some of the workers here are very rude. I’ve come multiple times and it’s always this same guy taking the order and has a really bad mood. He always seems irritated and is never polite.

First time at this location. Ordered the fried chicken with biscuit. Food was hot and fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Place was pretty clean.limited seating.for covid spacing. Great place for quick bite and the soft drinks are the cheap. Iced tea is really good.
