This place deserves a good review. Food is always good. Portioned right. Staff is always cool. My kids always love it here 5 stars from me

I come here for lunch since I work in the area. The food is always good. But today the service is really slow. Not just for me. But everyone. There's a constant droning noise coming from the back. It's loud enough that I had to repeat my order several times because the cleark couldn't hear me. There's a puddle in the lobby floor. Has a very dirty wet floor sign next to it. But nobody has bothered to mop it up. They could do better with very little effort.

Super super greasy.it was kinda cold and the corn on the cob tasted as if it had heen cooking all day and was just a horrible greasy flavorless mess.the cole slaw was ok.the chicken was stacked with a couple fresh pcs on top but the rest were different.most of the pieces were waxy.like the grease had cooled enough to make the outside chewy instead of crispy.definitely old chicken.the fresh ones were delicious but there were only 4 hot pcs of chicken in our family pack.

Very bad food quality. The corn on the cob was dark brown slushy and the fish fillets were as hard as concrete. Wait staff was ok. You could tell they weren’t excited to be there!

This location is the worst! Poor food quality, employees bring their children to work, and vagrants camped out outside.

I got some gizzards and an 8 piece chicken combination dinner. The chicken was good and they gave me 10% off because they didn't have thighs for my order.

Love it don't go to the one on Northwest highway and 635 they're slow they're unprofessional but I love all the rest

Sucked. Won't ever go there again. Rude and false advertisement. Plus saw big dead roaches in restroom! That's when I walked out.

There was a lady came in and was very disrespectful. She was extremely loud and cursing. I asked one of the employees who that was and she said she worked here and I said she needs to be reported. It was very unprofessional. How does your employees come in and cursing and very loud and rude.

Went through the drive through was told 15 minutes to cook more chicken, its been almost 25. I finally went in to check and was told it takes longer than 15 minutes to cook, meanwhile I see thighs in the bins. Please just tell people the actual time, I wouldn't have chosen to wait this long.

The chicken that I got from there had a funny smell and made my stomach hurt this was definitely out of the norm maybe they had new workers in there but who knows

Come on, you gotta love some Chicken Express! This location is right off my exit and easy to access. The service is usually excellent and those chicken tenders dipped in country gravy are a gift from God!

I give chicken express four Stars, chicken is pretty good just the customer service. The dude @ the drive thru is nice and courtesy, he recommends better deals and is very helpful I give it to him! But either than that, clean not a busy establishment, grab and go place.

Worst experience we went to this location because we where in the area but we usually go to the one in Balch Springs! The family order of fried pickles that we received was super greasy and the pickles looked old most likely where dropped 2 times in grease was waiting for atleast 10 min to receive food! Was hoping I was going to get good food! But will not be visiting this location again! Cold fries I ordered extra rolls didn’t receive them!

Ordered a 7 piece tender mealomeal door dash and only got 5 pieces and some of the okra was burnt black pretty disappointing honestly
