Better check your order twice before you leave! You’ve been warned. They initially missed part of our order. Got home and they missed another part of our order. Unbelievable. Hard to know if they can’t read, or just don’t care. Appears it starts with the manager. Good luck!

Absolutely garbage service, the entire staff lazy, can't say it enough, just lazy, will tell you their out so they don't have to cook it.closed the dinning area so they don't have to serve anyone.just lazy

The kids here can’t read off a receipt, so don’t expect them to get your order right. They completely messed up my order twice.

Customer service offered was terrible, lousy and verrrrry frustrating. The Night shift Manager wasn’t very caring to hear what I had to say about the previous events. Didn’t feel like my purchase was enough reason to get his attention upon the fact that my order taken by this to girls at drive thru was significantly rude. Thought the Food is pretty good!

Wife bought family tender meal, we all ate 2 hours later wife gets nauseous and lightheaded with diarrhea. Called them the next day and they tried saying she got it somewhere else. No refund no meal replacement. SAD! Won't be eating there anymore.

When the food is fresh it’s great, however my past few visits the food tastes like it’s been in the warming tray for too long! Food could be cooked a little longer for flavor and crispness.

Be sure and check your orders before leaving the lot. Yesterday ordered the family fish and they left out the hush puppies, time before they didn't include the fries, before that gravy, before that the wrong sauces for the fish, really poor management and awful customer service. The food is good if you can get all you ordered. Good Luck and CHECK THE ORDER!

I just want to say the lids of the tarter sauce and ranch say to keep refrigerated and all the times I've received them they're room temperature and taste odd. How can the managers do this?

Been going here since they first opened and always got a large drink for a dollar. But now their drinks are over priced just like their chicken.

Chicken. The breast was cooked too long and was chewy.ended up throwing it away. Fried okra cooked too long all though it was edible it could have been better. Biscuits just are not good anymore, rolls are better.

I won't go there again. I waited 45 minutes for my order while they served people that ordered after I did. Their excuse was that my order had been overlooked. At the same time, they were messing up other orders. This was NOT the first time I had to wait along time. I've had enough.

The spicy tenders were not fresh and neither was the tea. My wife said her regular tenders were good and the okra was good.

It was ok. They didn't have any tea which was strange since it almost noon. The chicken and corn fritters tasted ok. Not the nor the worst

Not a good experience got all the way home my order was wrong had a box of rolls no fish so I went back to get it corrected how about no apology at all

Asked for no gravy on my mash potatoes and they gave it to me anyway. It's not just that someone might not like it but it's also that someone could be allergic to it and the employees need to understand that.
