Chicken tenders were still pink. Guess it was because they are understaffed according to cashier.

Asked for fresh tenders cashier with piercing in her face completely ignored me tried to hand me moldey warm chicken no where near fresh or crispy ask for them to be redone and the manager came out and said there chicken was cooked just fine and I said not for me it isn’t and they told me I was being rude and if I didn’t leave she was calling the police just like every hillbilly that get a fool made out of them get mad and say the same thing called the sheriff completely unacceptable to be treating people that are coming into your restaurant and paying you there hard earned money to treat them that way the old lady manager that looks like Napoleon dynamites grandmother is who Iam talking about if you read this not a good idea to threaten people just because your mad that I wasn’t using the right tone with you again if face piercing girl would’ve taken a little more pride in her work and listen to the customer we wouldn’t have had this situation but instead of being nice like a manager is supposed to be and maybe offered new fresh food you instead doubled down on your stupid hillbilly ways and told me to leave it’s a small town I understand there’s not a ton of restaurants but don’t think about asking for fresh food or you’ll be threatened with arrest

Every time we drive through Bowie to or from the casinos, the staff and the food have always been great! Food is hot and fresh, staff always polite, friendly and smiling.

The place is neat and clean. They were very helpful with the menu, and the catfish is good. The sweet tea could be more about tea then all about sugar. The serendipity spice is good as well.

Chicken express has the best Ice tea! The half & half tea is perfect! We love all the food there, but we highly recommend the fries! They are our favorite! The drive through service is amazing, & the manager is very kind. The employee's are great!

Everyone in there is soooo nice! I got the chicken strips and they were very good. Bonus surprise was that they come with this delicious gravy for dipping and the roll tasted homemade. We also enjoyed the okra. They gave our granddaughter a cookie and were so nice to her. We live in Indy so we will definitely be back when visiting our daughter.

Can’t get an order right to save their life but sure can charge you for it you just don’t get your food!

The manager told us that the chicken would be fresh they were just cooking it we said we would wait then she gave us the old chicken moved to box in front of the chicken where should we couldn't see it. Not right to lie to your customers. She doesn't need to be in manager position we were eating there 2 to three times a week. We not eating there anymore

It was fast food Christmas Eve. Everyone was super nice, the food was good and it was a quick experience.

We came here on Christmas Eve and all the staff is super friendly, even singing Christmas songs on the kitchen together

Go there for large ice tea for under a dollar. Can't beat that price! And their tea is real goooood. Service is usually pretty good.
