Chicken Express, Burnet TX

Generous portions, but the fried okra was cold and stale. The chicken wasn't very well seasoned.

Great fried chicken However, prices $$ were a little more than I expected.especially when trying to feed a large family!

Everything on the menu is tasty! This is not health food! I repeat if you're trying to keep sodium and grease down to a minimum, don't eat here. But if you like me and you love perfectly cooked chicken tenders and a 44 oz of half and half iced tea with fried okra corn nuggets a bucket of gravy and french fries y'all come on!

CLEAN RESTURANT WITH NICE COUNTER HELP. This was our first time to dine in at this location. The place was neat and tidy. The counter help was courteous. We had 2 piece chicken dinners with a rolls, drinks, sides and we ordered two fried pies. The total was just under $24.00. We will put this place into our rotation and update this review.

Arrived at 5pm no livers or gizards made. Too highly priced for what you get. Bush's or Popeyes much better choices.

Completely skipped my order, didn't have what I ordered so they just put some "extra stuff in your box". Truly nothing I eat, Nor what I ordered. It was the first and last visit to the brand.

My wife and I enjoy eating here. Prices are creeping up. Food is good. Staff often gets order incorrect.

Cream gravy was consistency of water. Couldn't even get it to thicken up at home. Regular tenders were dried out and tough. Quality control people! This is the 2nd time the "gravy" has been the consistency of water. Done with them.

Wish we had ya'll here in Bertram Tx. I'm down the road from Burnet. Just don't like the drive. I love this place.

Someone was blocking the drive thru 20 minutes before closing time. Stayed there in the truck the whole time. Likely an employees friend, very disapointing.

This is not the first time I've had gizzards that were dried up tiny little rocks The chicken livers were okay The chicken breast and wing or dried up and unedible My dogs mostly enjoyed my meal tonight My husband's chicken tenders that were spicy would dried up little tiny pieces and terrible it's really a shame that they send food out like this and that you pay good money for it a refund should definitely be given tried to call no one answered

Waited for twenty two minutes after they said it was going to be five minutes. Then got tiny, burnt, dry chicken, and squished rolls

The gizzards were dried up rocks and the tenders were overcooked and dry. I have never had this happen at a Chicken Express. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

It appeared to be complete chaos when we attempted to dine in. Unfortunately, no one came to take our order or even acknowledge the line of people behind us and we left. With 5 employees working at 7: 45 pm on a Sunday, this should've been easy to provide customer service.

We showed up right before closing. They still served us with a smile.try the fried chicken and fish.

Chicken was extremely greasy today. The corn on the cob was not hot and was not buttered. Not one of their better days.

Excellent service, food good. Only problem was ladies room a little junky, in need of remodeling.

The gravy is as thin as water. Tried to make a little chicken sandwich on my roll and it was just a soggy mess.inedible.
