Chicken Express, Mesquite TX

We stopped by just for a drink and as soon as we pulled into the line, the girl literally threw her head back making it apparent and obvious that she was annoyed we were there. Very rude and all we got was a drink.

I've been sitting in line for about 20 mins and still haven't had my order took. They had two lines going and went to everyone around us. Terrible service. They even gave a someone's card to the wrong person. Learn how to run two lanes if your going to use them.

Courteous staff. Coming out in that Texas heat to take our orders these guys need to be appreciated a lot more. Great job.

The drive-thru was really slow, ordered a 2 piece strip combo & got the 2 smallest strips ever. I thought it was 2 shrimp. In this day & time I certainly won’t go back & complain but I’d like a total refund of my complete order or coupons for free dinners. I sure it was because I’m white

It was like 9: 30 at night had to wait an hour to get our food they were not busy at all
The girl didn't come out here an explain why it took so long getting it.you could here them playing when the door was opened. My family loves chicken Express but something needs to be done.

I traded this place for Golden Chick, it’s dirty, no upkeep & owner too cheap to even fix the drive thru that’s been broken down forever.

The Manager Dillon was nice and respectful I had a complaint. (my fries were cold) he didn’t get mad or anything he was professional about it and fixed my problem by giving me fresh fries and a little extra

Their sweet tea is divine, like a drop of liquid-brown gold from heaven. Best tea in Texas, great service, and even better food. If it wasn’t for its competitor, Golden Chick, my family would go there all the time.

They will never let you look at the menu. Then they want to argue when you tell them repeatedly you want to look.

Bad manager wouldnt change my drink when i say they had to much tea and not enough lemonade i ask for half n half he wouldn't do. Redo it i cancel my whole order that was dumb he lost money just because he wouldn't fix it sad

Slow service, always hot in the restaurant and looks dirty. But I still go because I love their food but if there were a closer location, I would definitely go somewhere else.

They are not clean this employee walk from outside and did not wash her hands. Handling the customer food I rate them a F

Food is okay. Prices are okay. Have had better. Parking is adequate for the amount of business.

Was ordering quite a bit of food and was concerned about how long it would take in the drive thru. They really have their stuff together. It took no time at all and my long order was completely correct.

Catfish is as good as any seafood restaurant in town. I know that's hard to believe.but try it and you'll see.wow!

Have tried to call ahead numerous times and the phone is never answered. Was calling as we walked into establishment and no phone was ringing Asked about it and was told their phone was dead. They told manager but he just went on cooking. Sondra and Jimmy

Fast and friendly service, no problems with my order or my food. Inexpensive but good quality and quantity.

Still good as long as you get fresh chicken but prices have doubled in the past few years. $12 for a 7 piece tender dinner just isn't worth it any longer. I used to splurge when it was $7 and that was pushing it for a lunch.

Employees are friendly, good customer service. Drive thru speaker is broken, and I feel bad that the workers have to come out and take orders in the cold. A/C does not work in the summer.

Employee's​ was friendly food was brought to table. Fries were very hot and delicious chicken was warm it was ok. Could have been better. Go to one in Irving Texas chicken is always very hot and delicious. Unlike this one must have been sitting there from lunch time.
