Chicken Express, Fort Worth TX

HORRIBLE! Chicken tenders were cold. Fries we're soggy. Rolls were dry. Fish was made to order and it still wasn't hot & it was soggy. Coleslaw was good. But i don't go for the coleslaw.
I love chicken Express. Never had bad experience at any other locations. But this page sucked!

Wow truly felt welcomed here, even with all the pandemic stuff goin on. They were still friendly and quick to fix the order

Tea love it not so nice employee very rude & judgemental if your anybody that has anything to pick on you for they will do so then get u banned from the property

I was surprised to see that none of the employees here wore hair nets. The women had their hair down handling food and everything. Very disappointing to see that cleanliness isnt a priority here.

This place is really bad. I wanted regular chicken but they gave me spicey which is bad cuz I cant eat spicey food!

What once was a place that took pride in their food and sevice. Overcooked food especially catfish dinner goes out the window with no accountability or quality control.
Management sould rarter argue with customer or blame problem by throwing new employees under the bus rather than take accountability of their store.
Ive never worked there. Now i donr ear there which is a shame. My family live eating there food. The 7 y.o has noticed the differnce.

Walked in around 430 P. M. Tables were dirty. Floors needed sweeping. Greasy fingerprints on the stainless counter by the drink machine. Employees standing around for 25 To 30 minutes and did not bother to clean the seating area. This is a NEW facility. Come on people, customers like a clean place to eat when they fine in.

My mom loves the fries. My oldest son loves the cheese sticks. My middle son loves the gravy, rolls and biscuits. My youngest loves the strips

Honestly this place used to be a 5 star when Jacob was working there. Now that he has moved, it's not the same.

Almost every location I've been to has had excellent service and delicious chicken and fries. There were a few mishaps at the Boat Club Road location a year or two ago, but those seem to have been fixed.

Their service was excellent, a young man came out to tell me about my order taking a little longer than expected and he was very very nice. Thank you for caring about the people waiting.

OK NOW THIS IS WHAT IAM TALKING ABOUT THIS PLACE HERE THEY DO HAVE THE CHICKEN JUICEY AND FRESH LIKE I LOVE IT! LAST 2 WEEKS I WENT TO ANOTHER CHICKEN EXPRESS AND THE CHICKEN WUZ SOO DRY AND NOT FRESH AT ALL SO I DIDN'T LIKE THAT PLACE. BUT THIS CHICKEN EXPRESS HERE IN THIS LOCATION THE CHICKEN IS VERY GOOD LOVE IT.

Very disappointed I used to love this place the last four times I've been in here they've got my order wrong.

The chicken tenders we received were very salty, not the batter the actual chicken. The Mac and Cheese was watery and lacked flavor. The yeast rolls we received ranged from perfect to crispy brown overbaked. There are other locations of this chain that get it right. There are many other places to choose from for chicken tenders, and they turn out a good product. For the money you spend at Chicken express, you aren't getting value if you are receiving a subpar product.

Place is coming down just like the one down the street. Place is ran by teens. Hit and miss. Usually rude. Don't answer phone. Extra chicken tenders just don't cut it anymore.

Sign says cc machine down, go across the street to atm come back now cc machine down and now can't take orders, that's eha tv they tell me, meanwhile 5 cars went thru drive thru and got food, this place is racists I will never come here again and I would never recommend this particular establishment

Chicken express is the best place to eat chicken the one in whitesettlement is they take pride in there all around service friendly people always with a smile awesome work peeps.

As I am new to Texas, I love Chicken Express. Who wouldnt love getting fried pickles at a drive-through? Its the only I've ever had, but i love their country gravy. Fried chicken leaves my stomach upset though. Sad chickens. Mashed potatos, fries, corn nuggets, nd a big ol' Coke! This location does tend to accidentally short me, quite often. The night manager, Stacey, does a great job at remembering you if you call and will replace the item next time you are in.

The manager is always rude! If you don’t lile your job, just go look for something that you like!

Its shady when you order a 7 piece meal, and yall take the already meager chicken strips and break them in half to make 4 LOOK like 7.
