Chicken Salad Chick, Katy TX

Purchased two slices of pumpkin cheesecake to go. Got to my car to check the order and found the cheesecake had an expiration date of 12/18. Today is 12/21. Returned to the restaurant and received an apology by the shift leader, Jessica who took the food back to the kitchen and switched the dates on the food to 12/27. The sticker switch was realized after I got in my car and saw the residue from the previous sticker and a fingernail dig into the styrofoam when it was being removed. An attempt was made on the second box to cover the old sticker residue but was laid off set of the original. It was the same cheesecake with the same dried top. Returned a third time for reimbursement from Lirio, regional manager, which was only given for the cheesecake slices. No customer service. No attempt to encourage a return visit. Reached out to the owner via email that was given to me (no phone number provided as I was told she doesn’t answer her phone).

Love chicken salad and the deck the hall salad for the holidays was delicious. Had just the right amount of jalapeno and cranberry ratio. Staff was friendly.

We have tried two different locations. Katy and West University and both are spectacular! I don’t think we could love it anymore than we do. The food is great and always such sweet people working there. It’s a family favorite for sure!

Yessss! We love this chicken salad chick and come here at least once a week! We get the large tub to bring home and eat it for lunch or dinner or snacking. My kids love it and they're super picky! The folks that work here are also always very nice and have great customer service. Tons of different types of chicken salad, and other salads, plus soups and sandwich options. Pro tip: go to tiffs treat next door for a treat afterwards.

I went into this location today I was the only African-American customer. All the other customers were asked if they wanted to dine in. I was the only customer that was not ask if they wanted to die in. I had no choice but to take my food and leave in the manager general manager. Her name is Brittany. She is rude.

Really enjoy chicken salad chick since discovered it. Variety of chicken salads have all been delicious, as well as the pimento cheese. I get the mild pimento as spicy is too spicy for me. The trio allows one to sample a couple of chicken salads plus a pimento cheese, makes a very good and filling meal that also includes crackers and a cookie. Have only taken by drive thru, and service has been very quick and efficient.

The only mistake I made was not getting the ladies name that waited on us. She was so nice an patient with us an very helpful with our order. Food was great.

The place is very nice and clean. Many options to choose from and very tasty. My only complaint is that they said they “couldn’t” heat up the croissant for my sandwich when they offer toasted/warmed bread… other than that very good.

Lots of teachers ate here during the first week of August. The lines were long but moved quickly. Delicious food! Happy teachers!

Who knew chicken salad could be so interesting? They have really nice flavors and great atmosphere.

My daughter and I went here for the 1st time after seeing it advertised on tiktok and the associate there was super nice patient and helpful because we had no clue on what to get lol. The food was great we both got a sandwich I had a potato soup and she got a side salad both got a drink and they give you a cute little cookie that's very tasty. Definitely going back for more!
