Chi'Lantro reviews
16Food quality keeps slipping. It's less tasty every time I eat at one. I go for the kimchi fries, but tge bulgogi is getting downright bad, bland and overcooked, while the overall spiciness and flavor keeps decreasing. Another sad case of a franchise losing what made it worth patronizing in the first place.
They are one of my frequent spots but lately I have had three orders messed up - missed protein, missed multiple toppings, wrong proteins and toppings. And even when I got one order remade, I found out it was messed up again.
Great food item choices for a Korean style bowl. Great location near Q2 stadium. Excellent friendly rapid service. The food was excellent and a good value. Hope they make it to Florida!
Traveled in from ATL-The food was Great! Hot and Fresh! Great recommendation by Frank with the Ginger sauce on my freshly made bowel! Also I recommend trying
kimchi fries with soy glaze chicken
We’ve been to Chi’lantro many times. Our last visit in particular was a great experience. The owner was so accommodating to our young children and made our dinner outing very enjoyable. Our meal was made fresh, tasted good and was hot. We highly recommend!
This is one of my favorite places to eat. Very friendly staff and such yummy bowls. I think the options are so different but when put together turns to be really yummy. We come here almost every month and we love the food. It’s also vegetarian friendly. If you haven’t visited Chilantro I think you are really missing out
I used to be such a fan of Chilantro but the quality and consistency has taken such a dive in the last year or two at every location I go to.
Chilantro has always been consistent and and open during this winter storm high really helped alot of people.
Delicious and unique. Easy to recommend to anyone who doesn't hate cilantro, especially.
The loaded fries were great. Try them! Friendly staff and take out was easy. Get some takeout when you don't feel like cooking!
This place is outstanding. The food is super delicious. Enjoyed a tasty lunch here today. The owner and employees are great people. I Highly recommended it.
I don’t eat this very often but it’s delicious! They now have bowls too if you don’t want Kimchi Fries
I mean. Bibimbapi but like with a Mexican spin? !? Yes please!
The staff was super nice and the flavors were on point!
I love the kimchi fries and the aguas frescas. This is a great spot for lunch with good vibes and they have vegan and vegetarian options!
They gave me an entire replacement bowl after spilling my half eaten bowl. I was so happy. I love them. I'm going back to this location exclusively.
Food is good but man is the staff hard to deal with. I ordered there on multiple occasions and every time, the staff is just sat there giggling and discussing with each other, not paying attention to people as they walk in. Recently, I ordered curbside pickup and waited there 10+ minutes. When I got out, the oldest female employee was eating chips and looking at me as I was exiting my vehicle in the curbside pickup spot. My food was already cold and as I mentioned I was waiting in the pickup spot, the guy who handed me the order just replied "ok" and got back to working.
I won't go back to this location given that employees are obviously complacent and couldn't care less about their job.
