Dr Wagner and his team are first class! I have known Dr. Wagner professionally and personally for over 10 years, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors out there. He makes every visit enjoyable for our entire family.
Really enjoyed my first visit to Child and Family Eyecare. I will definitely be going back for my yearly exams. Dr. Moffatt was excellent and the optical staff was great too.
Our family loves to go see the doctors at Child and Family Eye Care! The front desk staff is so friendly and when my 4 year old needed glasses, the optical department was helpful and made sure they fit him perfectly! He loves them! Thanks!
Don't go to this place, if you think your child have a problem, go to an opthalmologist (real doctor) not optometrist! Didn't diagoned my daughter's very high astigmatism prescription. Told me she can try using small prescription they gave me sometimes. Would not recommend them.
Racist and rude! I can not believe how the Entire staff treated me. They will not get my business or referrals. Thumbs down!
They are a bit on the commercial side, not on the health side: you will be pushed every time to do an "iris scan" for an small extra fee or covered by your insurance, offering the benefits of diagnostic of all sorts of health issues, frankly a way to get extra money out of you or your insurance. You don't need this. In my opinion it puts their ethics in question.
I was pushed to get glasses for distance that I really didn't need.
My eye exam was quick and I would say superfluous.
This place is the BEST! My son has a rare eye disorder and I can not tell you how many eye doctors we have seen. Dr. Moffatt and his staff offer excellent customer services! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!
