Children's Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park

The aquarium is great from the front desk to the gift shop the staff was do friendly. My daughters loved the stingray pool and all the aquatic habitats were in great shape and well taken care of.

Love this little gem in Fair Park. They are frequently having special activities like touch a truck, diving Santa’s, mermaids, and a blow up corn maze. Love the regular exhibits but also all the little surprises.

The restrooms across the street in fairpark were the worst conditions I have ever seen.
The aquarium is very small. I have always wondered why it hasn't been moved to the Dallas zoo.

My sister rented out the Children’s aquarium for my nephew’s 2nd birthday party. It was a great experience for the children and the adults! Highly recommended for a child’s birthday.

Parking was free and onsite— right next to the venue/aquarium. They offered the private booking for 3 hours which included everything from the aquarium experience to the venue which included tables, chairs, table cloths, cutlery and plates, and even some decor.

The day of all we had to do was set up the cake table, balloon garland and birthday backdrop. There was a tv in the room so we brought our own Amazon firestick from home & set up cartoons for the kids to watch during the dinner portion of the party.

After dinner, we headed to the aquarium nextdoor and had the entire place to ourselves guided by amazing staff. They were so attentive and enthusiastic about the animals. We saw so many exotic fish, had an animal encounter with “squash” the bearded dragon, and fed stingrays.

I hadn’t visited the Dallas Children’s aquarium since an elementary school DISD, field trip so it felt nostalgic returning as an adult!

The Children's Aquarium, is located inside Fair Parking. A great place to bring your kids to see live sharks and stingrays.

My 12 year old had a great time and really enjoyed feeding and petting the sting rays.

This is a great day trip for younger and older kids alike. It takes anywhere for 1 to 2 hours for the experience so plan ahead and you will have time to also visit the butterfly exhibit and gardens in the neighboring facility.

Very kid friendly! I have been bringing my kids here for 11 years and they still love it! Their favorite thing is to feed the sting rays.

This is a small aquarium. However, my child absolutely loves being able to feed and pet the sting rays.

I'm biased on this review because I've been coming here for well over 10 years, and it's my happy place. I'd spend all day feeding the stingrays. The aquarium is small and kid oriented, but anyone who enjoys fish will love it.

We went here for the first time & we have never seen a octopus or touched a sting ray! Very exciting! Very great for kids for all ages. Im 32 & it was very exciting for me as well lol.

My daughter had a birthday party at the children’s aquarium and the kids and adults had a blast! The staff was amazing at helping me set up for the party and they constantly asked if I needed help with anything and made sure the children were having a wonderful time. Sarah in particular did an amazing job by constantly checking in with me to let me know when it was time to eat, see the stingrays, etc.and was always around if I had any questions. I highly recommend visiting or having a party at the children’s aquarium! We will definitely be back soon:)

We really enjoyed the aquarium. It's a bit small, but the octopus and the Rays were especially great!

Absolutely amazing experience, definitely need to work on customer service though. Omar in the sting ray bay was extremely rude when trying to buy food to feed them. Aside from that the kids loved it!

This is a nice comfortable outing for small children ages 2-6 to me. I took my 2 y/o grandchildren and they had a ball. You can touch the string rays for free. A bonus. They ran around in the rooms and I was snot to keep up with them. It’s small enough for you not to worry. A nice selection of marine life. A activity room to color as well. And it was inexpensive. Thumbs up for me

I reached out to them over 3wks ago about renting out the place after hours for a party. I sent a very detailed email with important and sensitive information RE my mom's health, we fully understand its summertime and when I called the person explained they have had ALOT of calls about after hours renting, or even jst parties in general but I called, emailed 2xs, and found another lady through fb who associated with them also and she said she would pass along my information, and we have still yet to hear anything back at all so our son never got to have his bday party afterall
