Children's Dental Ark, New Braunfels TX

We found Childrens Dental Ark in a pinch after our 3 year old had a poor experience elsewhere. We absolutely found our forever place for dental care for our children. Dr. Kit and the entire team are absolute heroes. They communicated through every step of the visit, and better yet, they communicated with our 3 year old, keeping things light and easy. They are adaptable to a wiggly kiddo and let him enjoy himself with a toy in the room while we talked. Most importantly they identified any concerns and handled them promptly. Our son had to have 2 extractions and Dr Kit and his team were incredidible. Our son was in and out and happy as could be. They know children, they understand a parents concerns, and they execute with seamless professionalism and care.

Taken all three of my kids there ages 1-5 and been very happy every time. Even when our youngest broke her tooth in half… staff took everything very serious. Even after the visit, with another child they ask how she is. Great with the kids. I would use them myself if they’d take me.

I could not have asked for a better first dentist appointment with my toddler! Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! We got a lot of good information and tips to help keep these teeth clean! Thank you!

Super sweet! I actually had 2 appointments scheduled. My oldest daughter got called into work, and she had just started the job, at the last minute and I felt horrible that it would leave a hole in their schedule but they kept re-assuring me that it was ok. They were so amazing and comforting and of course the doc made my baby feel so comfortable and he never made me feel rushed even when I was asking questions.

I love Children’s Dental Ark. I’ve been with them since 2013 and all 6 of my children go there. Even when we moved out of the city I continued to bring them back to this dentist: it’s worth the drive. Dr. Kip is very skilled, very friendly, and doesn’t make me feel judged if my kids need some correction on brushing habits or get cavities. His staff is also friendly. The kids love the set up and my younger kids literally cheer when they get to go see the dentist! I love that I have always been able to go back with my kids and watch every procedure. That was very important to me. They also take MCNA which is through Medicaid. I could not have found a more perfect dentist for our family! I’m so thankful for them.

We have been patients at the Dental Ark for several years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They've taken care of my kiddos through procedures, injuries and accidents, as well as excellent routine dental care. The entire staff is wonderful!

We just left our first appointment here and it was absolutely wonderful. We were referred by our family dentist, Dr. Litton because my 5 year old needs more extensive work.

First of all, it’s a very clean, bright office. There’s a little playhouse which my daughter loved and some books to look at. The office staff was very friendly. We were seen almost immediately for our appointment after filling out a couple pages of new patient paperwork.

Dr. Kit called us back and was very thorough in explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable with everything we talked about. I asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. I trust him completely to choose the best care for my daughter.

First time I braught my son here for dental exam. I love the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The dentist explained everything so well. I felt at ease knowing my son was going to be in good hands here. This will be our go to dentist from here on. Five stars
