We were very nervous when bringing in our newborn son in for a frenotomy. As first time parents, Dr. McEvoy’s patient bedside manner calmed our nerves about the procedure. The treatment was done quickly and efficiently. His nurse and staff were very welcoming and made sure to answer all our questions. We will definitely use him in the future.

Only giving 2 stars because the doctors themselves are good but the incompetent medical staff brings my review way down. My son has been waiting to get tubes for 3 months.fast forward to day before surgery and office staff is calling saying they haven’t gotten pre authorization from his insurance and said surgery may have to be rescheduled. Why? The office did not send the pre auth over with enough time for approval before surgery. My sons surgery was off, on, and rescheduled again within a matter of hours because this place couldn’t get it together. I put my son through an unnecessary covid test, not to mention the time spent waiting on said covid test at urgent care for 2 hours with a toddler. Just to have surgery rescheduled due to incompetence. Dells is supposed to be the best in central Texas but i will never take my child here again. If it weren’t for him needing medical attention in a timely manner I would completely cancel the surgery with them.

So, you WILL wait to see the ENT (but not for the Audiologists usually). Bring snacks and something to keep your child busy. The flip side of that is that the ENTs here are amazing. The reason you're waiting is because they take the time to fully address whatever concern you brought in that day. I've had other docs that rush you out or rush their explanation in order to just move along. Thats not the case here. They take the time to make sure you understand everything needed and your child is well taken care of. I would rather bring goldfish and wait for amazing care than be on time but get meh care.
Dr. Roehm is amazing!

We were referred here for a tongue tie procedure. The experience couldn't be better from the front desk ladies to the nurses and doctor. Kimberly Crab was excellent and took her time describing the process and answered all of our questions. All around incredible visit. - Update. They made us pay cash up front because our insurance had a glitch. It has taken over 6 months to get reimbursed. Great service. SHITTY billing practices.

Dr. Connelly was great. That being said, we will not be returning to this office due to the incompetence of the office staff. When we checked out last time, my son was supposed to have a follow-up in 3 weeks. They told me that they would call me to set it up. 2 weeks went by and I called them. After spending 15 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a person, I finally hung up and redialed for the nurse's number. The person on the phone told me that they always schedule appointments when you leave and do not call you to set up follow-ups. Thus, the only time they could offer me was 2 days away at 3pm and they had NO OTHER TIME SLOTS. Are you kidding me? I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have a ton of my own appointments, not to mention 3pm is exactly in the middle of my 18 month old's nap time. How about a bit of flexibility? Or at least schedule it with more than 2 days notice so that I can plan around it. I'm so frustrated with the lack of appointment times available and won't be going back.

My son has been going here for the past two years and it has been a great experience. Dr. Connolly is incredibly helpful and provides clear, easy to understand answers to any questions that come up during our visits.

I give it a 5 start because my sons ENT is just the best! (Corrie Roehm) I wasn't sure if I wanted my son to get a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, but she explained everything to me and I knew my child was going to be in good hands, she is very smart! Thankful for her! The issue in this place is the parking, I was there for an hour today and was charged $5. Online says it's $2 per hour.
