This is our first and last time here. These people are wannabe health care providers. The RN who took the vitals was fine but the provider spent more time lecturing us about how inaccurate our home-use thermometer was. Very odd since the thermometer she possessed hatred for was the same one used in their clinic…. They need to focus on the patient rather than ranting about nonsense that doesn’t matter. She kept asking questions that were irrelevant to the situation instead of constructively thinking about a positive solution for the patient.

Anyway, avoid at all costs and go to a place where more knowledgeable people work!

Expect to pay $175 for every visit. We went to this location several times for the same issue (impetigo) and we’d historically received an Rx for a topical and an oral. The last visit we had with the Pediatrician on call, they only prescribed the topical and told me to call if the infection got worse. Well, one day later it got worse but guess what, the physician we saw wasn’t on call two days later, so I was told I would have to come in again for the oral prescription, essentially being charged another $175. If you’re looking to waste your money, this place will gladly take it.

tests before giving out a diagnosis. Very outdated and old-fashioned theory. Please take note, pediatricians, there are many great doctors in the industry who provide excellent advice. You should not ignore them and simply send patients home with the advice to just drink some warm honey tea.

They took $175 off my card despite me telling several of their representatives that I would call back to make a payment after the holidays are over & had a lot going on after a relative passed away. I even told them to remove my card from their system. The woman told me it’s not in their system. But yet their emails say otherwise. I never gave any consent to have my debit card information stored in their system. This place is very shady! & I will never come back here again.

Wait times are very long! Appointment time doesn't mean anything. Make sure to bring plenty of supplies (snacks, toys, blankets) to stay for multiple hours, even if you have an appointment!
I understand it gets busy, but what's the point of having appointment times if they can't get to you for hours?

We had a 5: 30 appointment, checked in 15 minutes before as required. But we didn't get called back until after 6: 30, and didn't see the doctor until after 7p. The doctor looked at her for 2 minutes and didn't care about any of my concerns. The nurse practitioner, however, was amazing! Super nice and clearly amazing with kids. Receptionist was also nice.

Im extremely disappointed in our experience with this facility. This last week i brought my daughter in 2 days in a row, because i understand when NOT to use an emergency rooms resources. The proper care could have been provided by this urgent care but due to jaded providers my child had to rapidly decline before we were told to “just go to the er”. This was also told to us without any information on how critical my child's vitals were, the temp was 104, oxygen was 93, and heart rate was 170 and she was having difficulty breathing. We only found these values out on arrival to the ER. The entire time at the urgent care the provider was annoyed, rude and condescending. Im glad we ended up at children's er where they confirmed pneumonia, treated the condition and LISTENED to our concerns and didnt treat us like it was ridiculous to be concerned for our toddler. Wont be coming back here.

Today we had to take our daughter with a cough and a little fever and they only checked her throat and according to what she doesn't have anything, just a bad respiratory condition, one of them is supposed to give her a solution. I have my daughter with a fever, it was wasted time. I have come to you tomorrow I have to miss another day of work to take her to another pediatrician it seems like you don't know what you are doing

Best children’s urgent care we have visited by far. Doctors, nurses, reception were delightful. Answered all my questions. Can’t rate highly enough. Pricing was also very fair.

If you child is having respiratory issues, I do not recommend this facility. The staff alerted CPS to check to see if we checked our kid into the childrens ER because we denied the staffs recommendation of going via ambulance for asthmatic symptoms. My child’s blood oxygen levels never dropped below 95%. Once at the ER the doctors cleared us within the hour. I attempted to call and ask for facility processes and procedures regarding this scenario, I was put on hold and later the call dropped.

Been twice for breathing issues with my 2 year old & they’ve been amazing both times. The staff is so kind & attentive & the wait was minimal for an urgent care.

Excellent Experience, no wait time, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and professionally addressed all of my concerns for my 11 day old newborn that I had at almost 10pm that night. Thanks!

Came in for cough & congestion was only diagnosed with one thing. When it was something else that was causing the cough, THE NP WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL & DISMISSIVE about my concerns. I had to take my 1 year to the ER to get the actual help that I should have received from THE NP!

They did not bill my insurance then tried to charge my debit card without my permission multiple times, even after being promised that wouldn’t happen. After 6 months they finally billed my insurance but are trying to double bill me my copay after I already paid it in office. It is impossible to speak with anyone who understands. The absolute worst billing experience.

This place is so good my daughter closed her finger in the door and they were so patient with my daughter i really wish there was 10 start

This place is great!
My 1 year old needed stitches on his ear and they were so patient with him. Very satisfied with the way they cared for my child. The nurse, doctor and emt that took care of us were very friendly and welcoming.

Took my kid their 2 x in the last time and both times the front desk employee Lauren was really nice to my son. Quick and fast service as well.
