Children's Health Primary Care 15th Street (Olive Branch Pediatrics) reviews
8Very bad experience! Only likes the money! If there is a negative number of stars I want to give him!
I love the staff and Dr Abraham! They are very nice, they take good care of my little one.it's a bit far from where I stay but I can't get myself to change Pediatricians, they really are the best, I've never had a bad experience.
Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience with one of the pediatricians working at this office. I had a baby at Plano Presby and was unable to use my pediatrician and so I was given whoever was on call. Dr. Jaeon Abraham came in to check on my newborn and really didn’t give me any sort of details on the health of my baby but did proceed to tell me false information that was on our chart supposedly. As far as the check up, he literally just stared at my newborn and opened the diaper. This is my fourth little, at this point, I’ve seen my fair checks on my newborns. After breaking down and the pediatrician leaving, a nurse came in to let my husband and myself know that our chart/information was given/read incorrectly. Dr. Abraham came back in and stated he heard that we had questions. He knew he had given us incorrect information and did not bother to apologize. He came in with his head held high and with absolute no remorse of what he had caused. He had no respect nor did he hold himself accountable. We didn’t have questions but expressed our concerns about the situation. Again, extreme disrespect. I do not recommend as you can tell that there is no trust.
Great doctor and staff, loved them.
Had to move to a practice close to our home.
Dr Abraham and staff guided us in transition to the
the new doctor gracefully and professionally and we
appreciate it heaps.
Very caring doctor, 5 stars from us.
Dr Abraham and his staff are extraordinary I can not put it in any other words thank you all.
My experience and opinion. This review is about this doctor and doctors office staff’s competence and honesty. I just received a bill from Jaeon Abraham’s office for $51. The bill is over one year and three months old. Are you kidding me? You’re going to bill me after a year. Get your act together! I don’t even remember who this is. I look at the bill and he is charging me for Fluoride varnish. No doctor has ever told me that they were going to charge me for a dentists procedure. What a scam. What a rip off! There are only two charges on the bill and the other one is a $24 charge for “screening test visual acuity quantitative bilat” Are you kidding me again? You’re going to charge me to have my kid read the alphabet? Good thing you didn’t find me a box to check to charge me for the oxygen in your office. Stay away from this Doctors office. He will charge/ gouge/ rip you off. Again my experience and opinion.
Dr. Abraham is very caring and passionate about his patients. He does not rush through appointments. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain any issues your child might have. He is very smart. We highly recommend him.
Dr. Abraham checked my baby out in the hospital right after he was born and was very thorough and answered all of my questions. My baby had to go back to the hospital for a blood test which led him to stay overnight. Instead of checking in through the ER, he called and said a room was ready on the Pediatrics floor. He came in the next day and made sure he was okay and was again very thorough and compassionate about his care. I very much recommend him to anyone who wants good, quality care for their child.
