Chili's Grill & Bar reviews
27The place was not full n it forever for us to get our food, n never came by to ask I needed a refill seeing my glass was empty, food was cold I should walked out but I wanted to eat molten cake, and it's not a 1 star it's none. Never will i return to this one.
Great waitress, she was very nice and right on time to the table just as me and my date needed something. We had the usual southwest egg rolls, and margaritas. After the apps we had the Boss Burger. A hamburger made of brisket and topped with a sausage. The only thing that counted for a veggie on the Boss was the jalapeno. I felt like such a T-Rex eating this burger. I loved it, the Boss is my new favorite from chili's. I'll will be getting it again.
Long time Chili's ️ fan, first time at this location. Experience was definitely not representative of the brand.
Food took longer than forever, the queso was congealed when it hit the table, chicken fajita has barely a 5oz portioned breast, salted but no other flavor, even the grill marks lacked that char flavor, veggies could have been steamed for how little sizzle they had.
I'm not picky, I ate their food regularly when traveling for business, because it was consistent. This did not even begin to measure up to the expected mediocrity.
My experiences here have always been acceptable. Meals have been made to specification 85% of the time. Service has run the gambit from the very personable servers to the disinterested. Management has been responsive to concerns I've expressed. They run with some hiccups during their busy times, and I recommend you calling ahead to get on their waiting list, rather than just showing up at rush times. TVs are situated well in the bar and there is ample seating there.
Had to walk out due to a lack a service. Host sat our party of 3 in the bar and told us that they would try to find someone to get our table. Most of the dining room was closed and not busy. Host came back and took our drink order. Multiple servers went by our table. Host said they were still looking for someone to pick up our table? Why are you sitting people without having a server for the table? Twenty minutes passed with no service. Left $10 on the table so Chili's could not accuse us of theft when we walked out.
Honestly not too many vegetarian/ vegan options. There's a vegetarian burger patty but it's not very good at all. This place is probably better for meat eaters. Good ambiance
Love Chili's grill & bar it's one of the kind place to eat the best food people. Is a two thumbs up for the best food to eat @ CHILI.
Pound for pound one of the most consistent places to get a quick drink and lunch. Nothing bad to say about the service or food quality
They have iPads on all the tables. I know it's how chains run these days but i liked it the old way better.
Chili’s is disgusting food in general. Came here a few nights ago and the food was cold and the only thing hot was the plate, rice is never cooked properly. Service is nice though but the food is disgusting
This particular Chili's is the best damn Chili's in all of the universes combined. Ive been to all of the earthly locations and quite a many of the off-world locations only to discover that this location is by far the best. In fact, one might think that the off-world locations would have a little more to offer than the earth establishments. Well, one would certainly be wrong in thinking that. Theyre totally lame. Good ol' 45th & Lamar right here on earth is the way to go.
Food was good, was able sit a large party together by calling ahead, and good selection of items on menu. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't remember who ordered what and there was confusion over which sides went with which entrees.
Got the nachos and was surprised at how little there were, but then I realized that each nacho was individually topped. Ended up not even being able to finish half the plate, but definitely a great place to eat
Fast service and friendly staff. Food was delicious and order came out fresh with no issues. Would recommend this location to others.
I had a non attentive waiter he never refilled my tea the French fries were cold so the hostess was the one that switched my fries to a loaded baked potato and exchange and my wife's drink to a frozen margarita instead of just drink she never asked for, my hat's off to the hostess not the waiter.
The worst chili’s I’ve ever been. I never had such bad experience in my life at chili’s like today Sunday August the 12th. I brought my friend for dinner who came to visit me from overseas and we were completely ignored by a racist white male who doesn’t treat us like we are normal human I can’t believe we still have these kind of people in 2018.never again at this place
Had the old timers (classic) burger. Cooked to perfection. So hungry I forgot the picture. Next time, folks. I'll be going back soon.
Best part is the running joke that this is the place to go to for destination bachelor parties.
Video games at table engaged the kids. Food is meh. Nice staff though.
The customer service was awesome but for some reason the food tasted very mediocre. I ordered ribs and it was so dry I almost chocked. The strawberry lemonade was bitter and watered down. I ordered a full rib and got half rack of ribs. I thought all Chill's served the same tasting food everywhere.
It may be the world famous Chili's on 45th and Lamar, but it's still just a Chili's. You should know what you're getting into here.
