Chili's Grill & Bar, Houston TX

Had food to pick up.
Just shrimp tacos and chocolate cake for later.
But 1 hr later, start not feeling well and realizes i got food poison

My curbside was fast and friendly. However, none of my side came with the food. I still tipped cause the runner was great

Long wait times, even tho there was only a few people there. Waiters are standing around talking when you need them. Their soft drinks were all flat and they had no ice. The food was good tho.

Food was cold when I arrived for curbside. I arrived and checked in early. And my food was still cold. My fruit for my daughter was hot. I only to this location because I was passing by it. The one on 290 is better

The food is disgusting. I ordered Texas cheese fries that felt like stone, they are hard as a brick. The fries are black, I’ve never seen black fries before. My sister order a pizza for her child the pizza seemed to be baked years ago, the stone ages is what the food there should be called cause it seems to be old food they passing out. Shame, I wouldn’t be ordering from there again.

I never go for the service. It's somehow always lack luster. But I enjoy the chips and salsa and burgers. So I keep going.

Chili's is my go to place when I want a cheap steak lunch. Never have I gotten a bad med rare steak there! Keep it up Chili's! You're awesome

If I could give them no stars I would but I can’t leave my review without at least one star! Three words to explain this location: close it down. Customer service is horrible but they can’t be the blame if the management is TRASH! Just overall disgusted with this location and I’ve been coming there for years.

This is the second time I come and the store is out of ribs. After waiting 20 min to get a table. Then another 10 to get our drinks and take our order I was told no ribs no apple juice no candy for the kids drinks and at least 2 other items not available. Waited 30 minutes for nothing. The waitress was great. But everything won't recommend.

TERRIBLE service at Chili's WILLOWBROOK location! Went on a Monday, pretty empty, was sat but never greeted by any server. Waited 25min, we decided to leave. The servers just watched us walk out. This is the second time we've been there and it's been terrible, NEVER GOING BACK. Would not recommend to anyone! If you feel like having chili's, I recommend the one on 290 and 1960.

Stay away from this place. Not your Chilis restaurant from the 1990s. Its straight trash now. Horrible service and management. We waited over an hour for our order and we left after we paid for our drinks. We never received our food. Don't go there.

Waiting for 30 minutes for a table wasn’t such a bad thing after all.once we were seated near the kitchen we saw a roach come out from the kitchen. The others in the area saw the same and I’m sure some asked for their meals to be comped.

As we hadn’t even been served our drinks yet, we just left when we saw the roach. NOPE!

Waited to be seated for so long and no one came, a bus boy eventually came and asked us if we wanted to be seated (not his job though) but he left and we weren’t seated so we went elsewhere

Not impressed with the $11.00 southwest chicken Cesar salad I got to go and the chicken didn’t taste good….
