16Curbside trash why order curbside if you’re still going inside to get the order food just getting cold because nobody wants to walk outside to give you your food

We ordered food since 7: 20 pm it was 8: 05 pm and nothing. We had to leave, not even the manager noticed. Thanks for ruining my husband a Marine his dinner on Veterans Day.
Ordered pick up at casa linda location. No utensils, bread, or napkins present. All food boxes in bags were upside down

Even though I didn't know the waitress name; she was friendly and professional. I was slightly upset they we're out of the triple dip appetizer but the sizzling fajitas I order we're the bomb. Even better the service was speedy. The food needed a little more seasoning but they get an A on presentation.
It took forever for them to give us our food, and TO ME, I don’t like paying the bill before I am done with my food. It makes me feel rush. The food was room temperature and it was just a displeasing experience. I do not recommend this particular location.

On yesterday 11/18/21 my coworkers and I ordered food and it was HORRIBLE. Everyone was very disappointed in the food. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp Salad and the shrimp was cold lettuce was brown. Someone else ordered Tortilla Soup with Quesadillas and the soup was cold and it did not taste fresh. Someone else order Quesadillas and they were dry, ordered street corn and it was hard and cold. Her side salad lettuce was brown as well. The other 2 Chicken Southwest salads that were ordered were also brown and wilted. This is very disappointing and you all should do better. We waited over 30 minutes to be served and were only checked on one time out of the 1hour+ that we were there. I never got the servers name but definitely
won’t be returning. Terrible service.
Food was good. Waitress forgot appetizer, did not check if we needed refills. Atmosphere was ok.
The services was not good at all. I ordered a drink from the bar and my waitress never got my drink. I asked a few managers that was just chatting and having a good time while my drink was sitting two feet away to get my drink please, they bought me the drink (remind you I got the shaker) my glass just filled with ice was watered down badly and he still felt it was okay to give me the drink. I asked him to replace my drink he replaced it and I literally watched him and he didn’t give me a full cup. These people are rude here. I’m they don’t care about the service they give. Do not come to this one.
Manager had a orange shirt on at this location at this time 4pm, September 18th. Food was okay. Just the SERVICE MAKES YOU UPSET ABOUT GOING OUT TO EAT!
I had a delivery scheduled and the restaurant gave the incorrect order. I informed the dasher who advised to call restaurant or door dash. I called the restaurant and spoke with the host who immediately put the manager on the line. Aaron/Erin Williams is very unprofessional. He yelled and overtalked me the entire call. He stated this happens all the time with door dash. Because he was so rude and loud I asked for his name along with the area manager. He yelled “Maria “ I asked if she had a last name. He had to ask someone in the background for her name. I asked if it possible to come up there to retrieve my order but because he was so loud he kept yelling “come on”. I love chili’s but I would NEVER visit this location again. This has been by far my worse experience with this chain. At this location, DoorDash orders seem to be the common denominator. The staff don’t care if they give the correct orders to the drivers, and once it leaves the restaurant any and all issues aren’t their problem.
Service is really bad, the front lady she di discrimination twice, we ask for menu in she is not menu
Pulled up to do curbside pick up. I simply asked the young lady that was working in curbside if I could see a menu to add something on to my order, she got an attitude and was very unhelpful! I only asked for a menu because I had an elderly person riding with me and they could not read the menu online on my phone. Once she finally brought out a menu she never came back to ask if there was something else that we needed and I waited over 10 minutes and just drove off and called the canceled the complete order!
