Chili's Grill & Bar, San Antonio TX

Placed a $50 curbside pickup order, scheduled to pick up 7: 18pm /7: 23pm! Arrived early checked in, a worker came out took our names and said she’d be right out with our food, we waited until 7: 55pm! I called the number to talk to someone about this no answer! Waited on the phone for 10 minutes, sent my husband inside to find out what was going on! He watched the young lady check the ringing phone and ignore it! He was told the food was being bagged now! Got back to the car all food in the bags were cold Ice in the cups melted, ticket stated the food was released at 7: 30! So not only we’re we ignored, forgotten, and flat out lied to we wasted $50 on a nasty cold meal with no choice but to feel it to our crying hungry kids! I could have driven 5 minutes down the road to McDonald’s and at least purchased a warm meal with a smile for a fraction of the price! Waste of time and money!

They have great food at Chili's! I am disappointed they took away the Chicky Chicky Chick sandwich! It was soooo good! I do love the chicken Fried chicken steaks! Huge! Enough for 2 people! We always share and get another side dish! Their desserts are great too!
Oh and best part is their salute to Veterans! My son Nephew, cousins, my dad was at Pearl Harbor when Japanese bombed it. So long line of heros and patriotic men in our family! So thank you Chili's for honoring them! And Viet Nam Vets thank you sooo very much! God bless you and be with you! It was a horrible injustice people here did to you when you came home I was ashamed of them and I was 14 yrs old at the time. God bless you all & God please bless our country! We need you sooo badly!

Take out waitress is super sweet and helpful. My food was delicious and exactly the way I ordered it.

Very good service, food is good, however they charged individual plates instead the combo 2x$25.

The service is great, but the food has seriously declined in quality. I got the steak fajitas and the meat was like grilled ground beef. It tasted terrible. The tortillas were old and reheated. Such a disappointment! I don't think that they can legally call the fajitas steak anymore. They should just call them beef instead. The chips were oily too. Chili's used to be known for at least the fajitas.

Horrible, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Bout' 1 and 40 min later three of four plates were brought. They forgot to make the main plate completely, they actually said, "Sorry, we forgot. " I paid, tipped the waitress the last dime I will ever spend there. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Told us 20 minute wait, had three empty tables, said short-staffed, but 4 waitresses, and when Hispanics came in, they got seated, no waiting. After 45 minutes, we were pretty sure we were being discriminated against, because it was far longer than the 20 minutes we were told, and they kept saying they were short-staffed, but continued to seat Hispanics as soon as they walked in. Ruined our 41st wedding anniversary dinner

Great food, drinks, even the music was great.

2021 update: they don’t have enough kitchen staff and they’re out of a lot of food!

Nov 3 2021 My family took me for my birthday. We waited a while to be seated for our party to arrive. The manager took care of us and the waitress was awesome. She tended to our every request, which was alot. Thank you for making my birthday great. Knowing you are probably short staffed it was still awesome.

Very, very bad everything from beginning to end, the host was not friendly, the waitress did what she could and apparently there was no bartender at the bar, my beer arrived after half an hour and we are still waiting for the food, I have not seen any manager on site, very bad experience, I never come back.

No more Chili’s for me. Ordered online for delivery and was missing items (not the first time this has happened). Did not receive blossom petals with grilled chicken sandwich nor any chips for queso that was ordered. Spent over 30 minutes trying to speak to a manager and that didn’t happen. Left on hold and finally just hung up.

We checked in at 9: 14. They told us a 45 minute wait. Ok I understand it’s a Saturday and it’s kinda busy. So we had no problem waiting. Over a hour later we got our table. The kids are hangry and thirsty by then. By 10: 45 we walked out without even having our drink order in. We where all frustrated by then, and of course the manager standing around doing nothing. Also it wasn’t even that busy. Ridiculous! Do better Chili’s!

Wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have too! Worst customer service EVER! Informed our table was ready at 6: 10pm, got inside the restaurant still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated waitress stated didn’t have any straws when EVERY one else in the restaurant had them! Waitress took our order & was told it would be a HOUR for our food! However, the place was not even that busy!

The food is good, the price is good, the service is good, but, the amount of info they want to get on the WiFi or to pay by credit card is WAY too much. Take cash, don’t plan on using WiFi or just don’t go here.
