Chili's Grill & Bar, Atascocita TX

I loved the egg rolls but the little Togo server is not enthusiastic about her job at all. Hung up in my daughters face when she called to inform her of our arrival along with actively ignoring her on the same call. How many times does she have to tell you what spot we’re in? Maybe there’s a disconnect, or maybe they need better training in the customer service and phone etiquette department?

15 min wait to be seated, over 30 empty tables. Another 10 mins before anyone came to take drink orders. Dirty tablet kiosks really detract from the customer service. Not a good experience. Need staff and some energy for lunch hours. Food was ok fries were cold despite coming out after the main meals.

Tyler was our waiter. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was to our satisfaction.
Everything was cooked correctly and overall, it was an outstanding meal.
This experience made my wife and I realize that maybe we need to visit this location more often.

This is the best Chili’s I’ve ever been too. They always have fantastic customer service. Tonight I decided to do take out for my order. It was late and I really just wanted to get home. I was taken care of by Isaac. He was the sweetest ever. So soft spoken! The whole staff was working hard while being extremely busy. As someone who works in fast food, I understand where they were at mentally and I think every single one of them did a fantastic job.

Always great at this location, a little unkept at first. The young (bored looking) host looked like he would rather have been somewhere else. Everyone else was so delightful and nice. Our waitress/server was so accommodating and polite. Always delicious food and great bar service.

The fries were hard like theyd been sitting out and then microwaved, my wife's rice was undercooked. And the waitress never returned to the table after dropping off our meal even though we asked for a round of refills.

Not even a busy night. I'd hate to see what it looks like during rush.

Very good food. The service is very hit and miss.we've had great service and had bad service, yet we still continue to come here because even though it's still somewhat a fast food place, the food seems to taste like it's very fresh

This is the lettuce i received for my bowl. None of the modifications i made were fulfilled. My kids can’t even eat the food due to this. I order through door dash so i was told there was nothing they could do. Pasta dry with Cajun spice ALL OVER IT. I didn’t even get the items there were supposed to come with the order per their own menu. Absolutely ridiculous. Money down the drain and no accommodations.door dash does not reimburse the full amount. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible service and horrible food! I took my time to make sure I answered the survey this time to make sure I left ALL POOR reviews. Food was cold and the salmon over cooked. Broccoli taste like it was old and corn had a funny taste and I couldn’t even eat it. Server was rude and place was not clean. I’m going to reach out to the owner and let them know. This is unacceptable. Wish I could leave a 0 starts review.

The host was un professional she was trying to seat us at dirty booth. We asked to be seated at a clean table she proceeded to wipe the table with no sanitizer

Well to start off, the waitress was awesome it wasn’t her fault but my daughter and I wanted to try chili’s again because we believe in second chances, but this time was horrendous! We sat by the kitchen and watched the food runner run the food, we noticed that he was picking the cheese up with his bare hands NO GLOVES! Then he didn’t have a hair net on in the kitchen and we asked to speak to the manager because there was a hair in our salad. So we were talking to the manager and we stated that the food runner was not correct form to work in the kitchen. I then stated that that I would report him to the health departments, he then stated that he would address it. 20 minutes pass and the real manager came out and asked what the issue was and how everything was and we were stunned because we were told the younger gentleman was the manager. We stated the issue and he said he would try to handle it. The health department needs to visit this place especially with COVID-19 going around this place is way out of HEALTH VIOLATION!

Never again. I don’t know if it was just today or what but I feel like my party was discriminated against. We ordered and waited about 30 minutes for our food I never got my appetizer queso because my waitress forgot. Everyone else who arrived after us received their drinks in their dine in cups but we on the other hand got to go cups, why? Out of all the chili’s locations I’ve been to so far this has been the worst.

My husband and I have gotten a take out from this location a handful of times & it has been fine, but tonight was awful. My husband waited in the curbside parking spot for 40 minutes. They told him they understaffed which we completely understand so that wasn’t really the issue. However, when we got home my entree was half the size of what it usually is- hardly any chicken. We were both missing one of our sides and guacamole. The food was also cold like it had been sitting out for a while. If we were going to wait 40 additional minutes, we at least thought we would have hot food and all the items we ordered.

I used to like this place and keep giving them 2nd, 3rd. 4th chances but it's coming to an end, last three times we went there, the host was not amiable at all and although there were not that many people, we sit by the bar and waited close to 30 minutes for someone to pay attention we were there. We never left a tip less than 20% but it's hard to do that considering the facts. Finally, I had to reject a few items in the menu because it was clearly evident that it came from a can and things that were supposed to be hot were cold in the inner part. It's a shame because we used to like this place a lot; tables are not cleaned efficiently either, I had to clean them myself. However, we are giving chilli's a 5th chance! Come on managers and owners, read the message!
