Chili's Grill & Bar, Frisco TX

We went to chilis at 8: 48pm on the 23rd of December and the staff said they were closed. Three family’s and mine that all arrived about the same time was very shocked because the website says 10pm. Well you lost a lot of business, not to mention when we were leaving two more family’s showed up and the doors were locked and that was at 8: 52pm. Crazy

Pleasantly surprised.posting after 6 visits in past 4 weeks, because it was conveniently near a rental I’m doing renovations. Pleasant helpful staff, consistent food, good pricing, fast service….

Disappointed not able to order online and they were not answering phone for a call in order. I had to actually drive there and go in to place an order! Very inconvenient!

I’m trying to place a pickup order and the website says to call because they are not accepting online orders. So when I call someone picks up the phone and keeps hanging up. Super Frustrating!

When you have a problem they don’t want to fix it the manager was so rude and she give my refund but she don’t have customer service skill

The chicken crispers are not the same at the Frisco location off of eldorado & Dallas tollway. They are not crispy. Not sure about other locations

Food is good when you go in-person, but do not order delivery. Can count no less than three separate instances when they did not follow directions from the web order. They tend to ignore the customizations they allow you to add.

Chili's does Veterans' Day right, with a separate menu for vets and some excellent (free) full meal options. Thank you.

I went to chili's this pass weekend and the service was great. The food was not all that great, my southwest egg rolls were not hot, more like warm. They tasted old, and my Date boneless wings were about the same. I'm not a fan of sending food back and ordering something else. The waiter was very good, and it wasn't his fault that the food wasn't up to par. He was kind enough to take those items off. I'll return, but maybe earlier in the day, I think the later you wait to go to restaurants. The food kinda isn't all that great.

This location exceeded my expectations. There are many Chili's around DFW, but so far. This one had the best food, staff, service, drinks, and general cleanliness of any Chili's in the metroplex, imo. Fast, friendly, clean, not crowded, great friendly servers and bartenders who seemed to be happy in their work. To top it all off, our steaks were perfectly cooked, the broccoli was tender, and the chips plentiful and crispy fresh and hot. This location is doing something especially right.

Take out mobile order was not good enough to satisfy.
Ordered a Quesadillar but no folk, napkins even I marked the silverware option. I regret that I haven't dine in.

Sat at the bar this afternoon great waitness Rhiannon's sorry my memory isn't perfect, but she was awesome knowledgeable and sweet to my family and I.

Went to hang out with some friends with work after a shift one day. I think our server was named Sarah and she was just SO COOL. I definitely need to find myself at Chilis more often if only to see her.

Used to be a great place. Everything seems turned around and messed up recently. They packed everyone in one area, while other 80% of restaurant was empty. Reason, they're short staffed. Device on table was never cleaned, we can see oil and finger prints on those. Food served really cold, including French fries and wings. Had to get those replaced.

Arrived at 9: 50 PM and was rudely told that they were closed. Just wanted a quick to go order and the waitress was just looking to get home as soon as possible. Will not be back!

Cajun shrimp pasta was good & seasoned well. There was only 1 waiter serving the bar area during the dinner hours, which was roughly 10 tables, for this reason service was a little.

Wrong drink was brought.then wrong food was brought.no one ever came by to refill water.and it was dead in there at 2: 30 in the afternoon.would hate to be there when it gets busy.

Service was terrible and the manager doesn’t care when brought up to him. He even blamed bad service on server employee that was new. Bill was incorrect and never got our order put into the kitchen until an hour after we had been sitting at our table. Worst Chili’s experience I have ever had, highly recommend not visiting this location.

My daughter and I did have to wait a little while for a table about 15 minutes. The food took a little longer than expected, but the quality of the food was really good. The service was good too for post Covid-19 service. I'm giving 4 stars because the food was better than expected. Chili's makes a good burger.
