Chili's Grill & Bar, Dallas TX

I often go to that location, and I have yet to be dissatisfied on the food and service. However, today I decided to have a mixed drink, a gin and tonic. I am pretty sure there wasn't a drop of gin in my drink! Expensive tonic.

The food here was nothing I'll ever sing about. I only gave them two stars because we had good waitresses. The ribs made me sick and tasted like someone who just learned how to cook was playing in the kitchen. No flavor at in the meat or sauce. I was very disappointed. My kids had no complaints. They had chicken strips, fries and pasta.

The food that I have experienced the last fee times in carryout has been oh so disappointing. The last time was all I needed to confirm the food does not age well from carryout to home.

After a very stressful week I came into chili’s and my server Chris was amazing his service was top notch the food came out fast I will defiantly be back to our neighborhood chili’s thanks to the excellent service from Chris and the whole chili’s team

Food was good but way to salty for me. The staff was great as always. Our waitress that we've had before is so Good. I hope we get her again.

It was so cold in here, waited forever for a refill on our soft drinks. Bathrooms were so nasty. People were not six feet apart. Menu was not easy to understand. Chilli's has gone down hill lately!

The food was good however. Our appetizer came 15 min AFTER our main mean and was not hot. Had to flag down the waiter constantly for refills.

Service was slightly bad. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Literally had to slam my cup to get anyone's attention for a refill. I feel like a jersey for it but 5 seconds later I got a refill.

It's a place my husband enjoys visiting. He always wants a good deal! We enjoy the 3 for $10 deal. We sometimes do the other good deal 2 for $25. I love the steak meal.

The food and prices are good. However the service is sometimes bad. It looks like they suffer from a lack of management and leadership.

Update 10/2/2020: this visit was noticeably better. The BBQ Brisket Quesadillas were very good.

Good value. The chicken fried steak is not on the menu but they do still offer it. By far the best CFS I have ever had!

The food was amazing! However I found something in my drink that looked like straw wrapper. Nope it was dish soap puked all afternoon! But overall great

Best prices for the amount of food you recieve.
The bartender on nights is always taking care of everyone.
Steak is cooked as requested.

Chili’s is an easy go to on nights we want to get out of the house and not blow the budget. Chili’s is the best bang for your buck when it comes to low end restaurants. The food actually tastes good, is relatively cheap, and comes as you order it. I still can’t believe the $25 for two deal. 4 plates for 25 bucks definitely floats my boat! We are not often disappointed here. Our server at this location, Daniel, (who was awesome!) recommenced the paradise pie and I came here to recommend it to you. Don’t ask questions. Just order a paradise pie.
